This company has helped me so much. I was contacted by a man and he explained my options. I chose to go with Citadel instead of the other options presented to me. This company is great! They are very informative, contacts me monthly, customer service works late hours, makes sure I am satisfied before getting off the phone, works with me when I am having difficulties. Granted everyone's experience is different but mine has been awesome. I a almost done the program and haven't had a negative experience with them yet. Give them a chance, I'm glad I did!

Let me be clear! When I got with Citadel I was under the impression I was in a different program due to my lack of understanding. After speaking with a rep, it was clear what type of program I was with. The rep explained it with so much detail I was amazed! I will not blame anyone for being mislead but myself. I went through a very detailed compliance call before I was officially in the program that explained the specs of the program. I do not regret continuing in the program at all. When the details were explained, I thought the program was too good to be true but everything they said they would do for me they did.

Just like other, I went online to see what was said about this program and all the complaints were spelled out during the compliance call. It is our responsibility as consumers to ask questions before agreeing to things. Its also our responsibility to listen! Again, there are no regrets =, I love the program and I love the people employed there.

Citadel is a scam. Dont use them. They took $500 a month for 7 months and did absolutely nothing. I'm on *** and they stole $3500 from me before I finally dropped them Dont let them rip you off like they did me. You won't get any of your money back either. Huge scam.

Great process. Explained well. Delivers as promised.

We have tried multiple times to get in contact with this client. They have not responded to phone calls or emails. This client is already cancelled from the program and has received a full refund and it is processed already into the client bank account they they provided to Citadel Document Solutions when they initially signed up for the program. As we have tried to resolve any other issues that we can with the client with no success we would like this complaint to not post.

This company customer service is phenomenal. I’m just starting and let me tell you, this young lady name Ashley, she’s hands down. When I say she explained everything to me, she did just that. She told me the truth no fibs. Thankyou Citadel. I can’t wait for my outcome. I can breathe now.

I was with a debt settlement company witch I wont mention , for over 8 months . It was a total waste of my time and money but thankfully I was contacted by Citadel with a much better plan of attack on my debt . They helped remove my debt off my credit history (its been 11 months) and now I am getting those annoying pre approved credit card mailers again lol This time I will pass on getting new cards but I felt I should give a review of my experience with this company. They did what they claimed to do and even when I had simple silly questions that I didnt understand, they treated me with professional courtesy above and beyond the debt settlement company I was with. I am so glad I made the switch . Thank You

I signed on with these folks in an attempt to fix issues with my credit card bills. I agreed to pay them monthly for a year, while they were going to file documents and basically do the "leg work" on fixing these issues and get my bills into a more manageable order. For nearly two months they have been unable to take payment from my bank account. They have been unable to provide me with any acceptable reason for this. Initially they were claiming they couldn't find my account. They asked for screenshots of my bank statement which I provided. They still couldn't charge me. I called to ask why and they tried doing a "check by phone" which also didn't work. I was advised in my initial call to do two things. One was consider changing bank accounts since my bank was the institution backing one of the cards in question. The other was to stop paying my cards every month as it would be giving money away since they claim to be 99% successful. Now, two months down the line, they flip-flop between not being able to find my account and claiming insufficient funds.I sent them screenshots of my statements from days they claim insufficient funds which clearly display the money is there. I got my first third party collection letter the other day. During one of many calls I placed to them today, the rep on the phone said I wasn't eligible for the program until I started getting third party collection notices. So here I am with my credit and finances in far worse jeopardy than they were at the start. All they give me are lousy excuses. I have several other bills that are paid every month without incident. Car payment, cell phone bill, etc. I'm not sure I have legal grounds to sue them, so hopefully you can help.I've been calling them for weeks with no real answers and no work done.

The company was very attentive and willing to do whatever I asked, with a positive attitude prior to signing my documents, going above and beyond in my opinion; however, when I decided to cancel less than 24 hours after signing up I received extremely poor treatment. I made one email contact and then decided to call, assuming I would need to give verbal confirmation, and was accused of "coming at them". When I asked for something in writing or email from them stating that my contract was null, I received very rash treatment and felt victimized for changing my mind, and quite honestly it felt personal. I'm sure this company can do great things for many people in more dire situations than I am in, however my situation likely doesn't follow suite with many that contemplates this route. I feel as if the encounter could have been handled much more professionally given the rapport I felt I had with the agent. I did receive email confirmation in the end from both the agent and the agency, which I am thankful and appreciative for, however it doesn't change how I feel about the way I was treated in the end and I think others should be informed that this could happen. I'm giving this a neutral review because although I am extremely unsatisfied by the end customer service, I do not have a good analysis of their actual success in helping those in financial trouble. Given their normally high rating it would be unfair of me to personally take my rating out on the company due to customer service if they can really help people.

Let me begin by saying I was enrolled with a very large national Debt Settlement Company to help me regain control of my life. After receiving a letter from Citadel about helping me, I was intrigued and picked up the phone.
Boy am I glad I did. Not only was I FULLY informed about what Debt Settlement really is and the long lasting negative effects it has on people I was educated thoroughly on my consumer rights and learned that I do not have to negotiate with 3rd party collectors.
Citadel is AMAZING! From walking me through step by step of the process and explaining the violations aspect to me, I was no longer afraid of getting creditor and collector calls and in fact was looking forward to receiving them! The Customer Service has been phenomenal and best of all no matter when I call, I can reach a LIVE PERSON. Everyone in every dept with whom I have spoken with have been cheerful and beyond willing to take the time to always answer my questions. Unlike most companies where they try to rush you off the phone or get irritated the more questions you ask. Being able to find a company whose true intent is customer first has proven to be a rarity for consumers these days. I cannot say enough good things about Citadel and the service they provide…thank you, thank you, thank you!

After all the calls and representatives I have dealing with in reference to cancelling my agreement with Global Financial and Citadel Document Solutions I have finally spoke to a representative that called me a 4:00 pm eastern time by the Name Colten whom went above and beyond to assist me and cancel my agreement. He called from Wilmington DE but looking at Revdex.com for city and state would not come up so kindly pass this on to him for being so helpful and pleasant. Thank you very much Colten and I would refer you to anyone.

Citadel is a great company. I'm so happy to be having help from leaving my marriage. it was very hard, than Citadel came in my life, now I'm making a better way to clean up my credit as well as never let this happened AGAIN. Thank you so much

I can't say enough about what Citadel has done for me. They are always updating me with what is happening with my account and my debts. I have never felt like I didn't know what was going on. I would be completely stuck without these guys or even worse needing to file Bankruptcy. Thank you for all you have done.
