Review: I leased a credit card processing machine from Citadel. The first problem was that they charged me monthly for the unit, which was supposed to be free and charged more per transaction than on the contract. I canceled my lease which was month to month and I was told that they would send information to me to have the unit picked up. This was in June or July 2014. In August 2014, September 2014 and October 2014 the debited my checking account $250.00 each month for this machine and my bank declined the November charge. I have been trying to get in touch with this company since 10/21/14. I have left repeated messages without avail. I spoke to Jerry on 02/03/15 and he assured me that Jim would return my call. As of today, I have not heard from them and there voice mail states that the caller is not accepting calls at this time.Desired Settlement: Refund of my $750.00.
