Balance forward after payoff check received.Charges on billing cycle after payoff check was sent. I feel this is an unfair practice. Citadel Storage LLC charges a rental fee plus purchase on the same item. The payoff check was received and posted to the account. I then received a bill stating that the amount stated to me on my last bill was actually NOT the full amount due as they charge daily interest?! I feel this is unfair as it seems with this practice that the bill will never in fact, be paid off. How can I be charge $76.20 interest on a balance $1035.34 and then be charged $75.92 on a balance of $76.20 after my payoff check cleared?Desired SettlementAccount evaluated concerning charges of rental and purchase on same account.
