responsibilities such as maintenance of the property with regard to weather conditions (salt, snow, etc.), however this guide also includes the process a homeowner should follow to ensure all issues are handled in the most efficient manner Many warranties carried on a property are not held with the builder - they are manufacturer, supplier, or sub-contractor warranties - and thus must be handled through those individual entities as detailed in the warranty manual We are currently working with this homeowner to assist her through this sometimes strenuous process Citation Homes is committed to the quality construction of our homes and take every care and effort in preparing our Homeownership and Warranty Manual for each individual homebuyer to provide them with the necessary tools and resources to care for and maintain their property

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
 The response by the builder is vague and the most important claim they have made is not supported by facts.  I wish to highlight two key points in their response that I contest:1. The builder has provided vague references in the first paragraph about who is responsible for the quality of different aspects of the homes they build.  Are they laying the responsibility for my complaint at the doorstep of one or more contractors?  If so, why are they not specific about who those contractors/subcontractors are with regard to my complaint?2. More importantly, the builder claims in the second paragraph: "We are currently working with this homeowner to assist her..." This is not supported by facts.  Here is the fact on this claim:  A day after I submitted my complaint to Revdex.com, [redacted] called me on the phone and said that he would ask the contractor responsible for concrete laying to call me and discuss this.  To date, that is the only communication I have received from Citation Homes or any of their associates in the matter.   So, Citation's claim that they are "currently working with [me]..." is false.  I reiterate that Citation has not been displaying due diligence with regard to this problem and therefore request your intervention and thank Revdex.com for being there for consumers.
