To whom it may concern:I would like to take this opportunity to respond to the complaint letter I have receivedIt was a little difficult to understand what was written due to the run on sentences and general rambling on [redacted] purchased a vehicle from us in October of At the time of purchase she received a three month warranty with no charge to herShe called after purchase and informed us of a couple of issuesWe asked her to bring the vehicle back in for us to look atShe brought the vehicle in and we made several repairs to the vehicle including fixing check engine light and putting air in tires to resolve low pressure problemAfter she left the lot with the repaired vehicle there were no longer any check engine or low pressure lights flashing on the dashboardWe asked her to complete a drive cycle after which she could bring the vehicle back for inspectionShe came back a couple of days later and we inspected her vehicleThere was still an issue with the check engine light and she brought the vehicle back againWe once again at no cost to [redacted] had the vehicle repairedShe had also informed us that she was stopped by the police and ticketed for not having proper registrationWe have no idea why she would have received a ticket for lack of registration since she left the lot with all proper paperworkPerhaps she didn't have the paperwork on hand when she was stoppedSeveral months later she came back to the lot complaining about the check engine light being on againAt this point the Warranty had expired and repairs were no longer coveredWe made all repairs during the warranty period(see attached invoices) and at that point we were no longer obligated to make repairsBut as a sign of good faith we would like to offer [redacted] Sto resolve the issuePlease let us know if that would be agreeable.Sincerely**Giuseppe G [redacted]
