Review: I paid $150 on July *, 2013 to view rooms for rent. The company gave me two listings that were old/out of date. No rooms were available. The first listing was in Manhattan. I spoke with the landlord who told me the room was rented already and that he wasn't even working with this agency. The Landlord, [redacted], placed an ad on [redacted]. Additionally, the agency didn't even call him to let him know we were coming. The second listing is in the Bronx, and the room is no longer available.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund because they did not provide any rooms for me to view.

Review: I was looking to rent a room on [redacted]t. When there number showed I call the number requesting a room in queens for couble they said they have many to choose from all I need to come to [redacted] st in the Bronx second floor to sign paper and pay fees and I did but I end up with nothing no room to be rented they gave me phone number for realtors and some other they don't even know the end no room and no money I told them I need my money or the room they said company policy no refund and of course no service so they just collect money and no service I called the police and when they showed up and told them what happened they said no only me they said they came here many times for the same problems and sadly they can't do any thing and only can take action for this scamming business.
