We have surveillance cameras that we can provide proof to your agency of the chief complaints. I, as the owner, close the business every night. Some nights I stay past the closing time, listed on the window outside. So, I would be curious when this night would have been when I closed the business early.Secondly, we have weekly vendors that are in charge of rotating and discarding products of any expired or perishing items. As well as, we monitor what we put on our shelves and when customers approach the cash register we examine our perishables item's date before the customer buys any perishables.Thirdly, we have a suspension of the residents across street of filing or having a friend file a complaint against our business. For, they owe me money, which they have not paid and giving me the run around. I told them I'll be taking legal actions. This assumption they are seeking help from their friends to file complaints against me. I am willing to send you genuine affidavit of anyone of my customers. I am having contemplation of the location of the complainant to my business is approximately 6 miles away, in which there's several small businesses to which he/she could have gone to. I am trying to find a correlation to why he/she would have chosen this location.Lastly, if I can be given more information: one, of what item was expired so I can convey that to the our vendors, two, the name or description of the employee that was rude to the complainant (male or female), third, which date and time was the store closed.I have never received a complaint from my customers; they appreciate the friendly and honest service we provide. We as a small business do not consider our customers just customers we have a relationship with each customer that walks through our doors.I value your association with our business; please let me know if you have any further questions.
