"Times New Roman", serif;">citi movers was hire by *** *** *** , to conduct a small move from new york to *** , *** *** was giving an estimate based on the information she provided to the company, however the day of the move that inventory was totally different from the one she provided over the phone ,no boxes were packed nothing ready for the move , the forman had to give her a new visual estimate that include all the services to be provided including the packing of everything, she agreed to it in advance prior to us starting the move , we made an inventory list of everything we packed , and the deliver all the items , *** *** didnt pack no boxes , citi movers did all the packing , she wouldn't know if there is a missing box or not however we do apologize for any inconvenience may have happened , we do urge *** *** *** to call the company @ *** for any questions regarding this matter best regards
