Hello ***, The sashes that this customer requested were replaced last week The windows that were installed for this customer originally had some sashes that were faulty due to a manufacturer's defect This manufacturer does offer a warranty for their windows Whenever possible we try to assist our customers in handling any claims with the manufacturer In this case we did respond immediately and reorder the sashes There was a delay in receiving the replacement sashes from the manufacturer However, they are now in and have been installed for the customer Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this concern Please let us know if you have additional questions M.H [redacted] Siding & Roofing
I had my roof doneThey broke the front deckDamaged and Removed gutters that were supposed to stay upWe're supposed to replace and fix and never came backMany attempts have been made to contact themAnswering service and even there home numberNo one has responded and there is a whole and leaking where gutters should beObviously the bill was paidVery unhappy with service and no responseThe job was completed in Aug I would NOT recomend them!!!!!

I am pretty disappointed with southland appliance. 7 months ago they put a new belt in my dryer. Now, the dryer is not spinning again. I called and they will only warranty the work for 90 days. Instead of spending another $165 on a new belt, I'll just buy a new dryer. Don't know why I bothered in the first place I'd something is only good for 3 months. Don't worry, I won't call again.
