I received one of their prepaid cards as a bonus though a Comcast promotion There was a minor detail of a charge that I had made on the card showing multiple times thus tying up the remaining balance I spoke with company I used the card at and they had only sent in the one charge When I contacted Citi Prepaid to try to get help on this, they claimed that they couldn't help me because I had not provided my entire address even though I hadIt is quite clear that this company is doing whatever they can not to provide customer support on their product I don't know if this is typical of how they do business but if you receive one of their pre paid card do not expect more than one use of it regardless of the dollar balance of the card There is no way to get help from this company when a problem arises

Review: I applied for a citibank prepaid card through my employer and I still have not received my card due to poor service. I was paid at my new job on the 24th of january of 2014 and have yet to receive my actual funds because they were deposited onto my prepaid card that I don't have. The reason why I don't have it is a long story, but to make it short, the agents kept getting my address wrong. Or they didn't do what it was they said they were going to do over the phone. Even the supervisors messed things up and lied to me and I was even hung up on. I am very upset and don't have any alternative solutions to access my money. My only option is to wait for my card in the mail and they don't even know when it will come.Desired Settlement: I would like an apology and for the Revdex.com to look further into this company so that their customer service is improved significantly. I would also like my card or my money on the card. I would also like for the agents I spoke with to suffer some sort of consequence to prevent this unprofessional service from happening again.
