We were called out to do a dishwasher installation for *** (customer)When we arrive we found that the kitchen was
being worked on and was not completed yet so we could only do a temporary installThere were no kitchen countertops in place, the dishwasher was missing parts, and there was no electric in place for the dishwasher
During the installation the plumber noted that the piping for the kitchen sink was not installed properly and was not to codeWe offered an estimate to repair the plumbing and the customer declined the workHer husband had been doing the work himselfThe customer was going to have her husband install the dishwasher himself but he did not have time to do it and the customer wanted to use itWe proceeded with the installation so that the customer could use the dishwasher in the meantime
The owner of the company personally went out to the customer's home and to avoid any other problems we suggested to install the drain correctly when the countertops were going to be installedThe customer agreed and we returned the day before the countertops were being installed, opened the wall and lowered the waste piping so that it was the correct height for the new deeper kitchen sinkCountertops were installed and we returned again and installed the customers new sink and hooked up the dishwasher
The customer was pleased and said she would be writing back to the Revdex.com to say the work was completed satisfactory
Please note that we did not charge the customer for the 2nd or 3rd trip out and she also received a discount on her initial service call when she complained about prices
We believe we have gone beyond expectations to satisfy this customer

I checked online this morning at 0800 hours and the permit was closed. Although the issue has been resolved, I feel I should not have had to file a complaint to obtain a resolution when I had received no response from Cities 1 Plumbling. The...

fact that Michelle, the office assistant, told me she would hold my check until the permit was closed, and then finding the check cleared my account the next day has eroded my trust in this company. I also didn't appreciate the fact a male named Rich [redacted] started to bad mouth an inspector with the city of Minneapolis.
Jim, the plumber, I met with Cities one was more professional and was able to explain things more to me. I believe he is an asset to Cities 1,
In closing, I will not be conducting any further business with Cities 1 Plumbing due to the erosion of trust.
