When we sell $dollar cars we are very clear that it is an vehicleWe sell well over vehicles a monthWe never push anyone to buy anythingIf the customer wants to drive a vehicle they are always allowed toWho would buy
a car if they did not test drive it? I would be happy to look at taking it in on tradeIf the customer would like to contact me I can assist them with this Thank you

The car was test drove only in the lot, they do not allow cheaper cars to leave the lotThere are many google complaints about thisAll I can do is take my business to a real dealer next time and warn all my friends and familyDealing with the dealership is no help as they are very defensive and I would not "trade" it in and spend more money thereNever again

I am rejecting this response because:
I have a contract with an itemized amountPage #states, I have a $2,fee to receive a loan for $6,(close to 30% of the loan), plus a 22.99% interest rateON page number shows there is no Prepaid Finance ChargeThis company is conning me out of more money than it's worthAlso, there is a $charge for a tow fee, an $charge for an Uber, and $2.25or bus rides I had to take to get to work through this incident. This Vehicle is a cylinder, that had speakers blown all the way around the carThere are rust spots all over the vehicle and spots on all of the seatsOnce more, this car had a more fluent issue upon saleThis issue occurred October 12, 2017, days after the car was purchasedI am 100% positive, I was not aware that I was being charged $for the loan, and I'm also sure that I was told that my payments would be $per monthThe amount was said to be withdrawn on the 7th of each monthThere are no pages in my contract stating the amount of the payments, however, The 1st page of the Retail Installment states $With this said, I am demanding, $2,$to be replaced due to lack of disclosure, $for a towing fee, $for and Uber that I had to pay to return from the tow of a non working vehicle, and $for the bus fee, I paid to get back and for the to work while I didn't have a working car that I paid for. Further, as my payment amount was not taken from my account as we discuss, I consider this a breach of verbal contractMy plan from the beginning was to pay double or triple the amount of the paymentPlease make the necessary adjustments immediately, or find this case in Hennepin Conciliation Court

First of all I didn't get a direct number below, and second of all I been asking to speak to the general manager all week to request a trade in vehicle and all I get is a call from the service dept. my car has been in the service several times for this issue and they can't seem to get the issue fixed it computer problems which can be very costly as previously stated they act like its no big deal because it's not their vehicle. Every time I take my car there to have it serviced I have to get a rental car to get back and forth from work. I don't have the money nor the time for this. This is the reason I purchased a new vehicle.. Issue not solved

Received voicemail and e-mail from [redacted] of Cities Auto Sales, indicating that Mr [redacted] was made aware of the warranty purchase on his vehicle at the time of sale.
E-mail included scanned copies of Retail Installment Contract,...

'Superior Protection Plan' Vehicle Service Contract, 'Product Price and Payment Disclosure for Installment Sales', each apparently showing customer signatures.
Scan is attached.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I did sign the agreement, which I mentioned earlier in my complaint. But the Sales Rep never gave me an option to even have an Extended Warranty, so why would I look for it in my agreement I just quickly signed my papers and walked out the door because I thought it was apart of my balance for my car. I just found out on 1/22/2015 by my lender I purchased the warranty. If I purchased a warranty than I should have paperwork telling me who I have my warranty through and information. He never provided that to me, no number, no pamphlet, no information, I didn't even know the name of the company. The Sales Rep never offered it to me verbally, especially for 1589.00 that's a lot of money. I would have never agreed to that verbally, he never spoke about it. Yes, I signed the paper but I honestly did not know he included it in my agreement. How can a sales rep included something he never offered to me from point of sale.

I have attempted to contact this person. The phone number provided is for a business.

purchase a 2010 Hyundai elantra. when I purchase my vehicle from cities auto they told me I cannot purchase the vehicle without a warranty package that the bank would not approve the loan, which I find very strange. I ask two other people that work their a older lady that works in the front. she also advise the bank would not approve my loan without the warranty package. I contact the bank (credit acceptance) and ask if they require their customer to purchase a warranty before they would finance any vehicles. the lady immediately advise that is not true. customers are NOT required to purchase a warranty. very DISHOEST company. and from reading the complaints on here, they are EXTRMELY ruse to their customers. I would not recommend any to do business with this company!

I bought this car and was told that it had new tires and it has been checked out mechanically . First of all the tires were well used , three differnt brands and four different tread patterns . I called about it and they told me that 99% of all their cars had new tires . I guess my car was the only one in the lot that didn't .When I called them they would not do anything about it .Second I test drove the car after a heavy snow fall . it rode nice but spun when starting out,so I thought . A week later when the roads cleared .I noticed it wasn't tire spin . The transmission was shot . So they lied all of the way through . DO NOT EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF BLIND .

She was set up with a payment plan and she turned it down she also put 37000 miles on the vehicle. We gave her a discounted service rate. She wanted it all for free. She has totally un realistic opinions about why she should get it free. It should also be noted that the vehicle had fallen behind on...

her oil changes the oil was almost solid inside. This is what probably took out the motor. Even with her not changing her oil for 37000 miles we were going to give her a discount. This was not acceptable to her. We always try to help our customers. in this case we have gone above and beyond, and she still is unhappy.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2014/06/10) */
It appears the issues happened after it was at "[redacted]'s" I would take it back to them.
They looked at it last. I would start there.

DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
We have had nothing but problems with the vehicle since we bought it from cities auto sales. This has nothing to do with [redacted]'s work. In fact they would be willing to go to court with me to testify that cities auto sales should have seen a lot of the problems that they are fixing when they replaced the "gear sensor and o2 sensor" If you look at there previous complaints about them on the Revdex.com and they obviously are out to take hard working people. My next step will be to stand out in front of there lot with a lemon on my head warning people of the type of business they do. Then it will be a court date. Cities auto sales should be shut down for the type of business they run. Predatory auto sales. I will pass it on to the local news as well. Let them do some investigating.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 10, 2014/06/16) */
I would like to clear up a few things.
1 Lemon law only applies to new vehicles.
2 You bought your vehicle with 125000 miles on it.
3 It was sold to you with an as - is status per state law.
4 You declined to purchase a warranty at the time of sale that would have covered the issue you are having.
5 In my response I said you could contact me directly to resolve the issue. But you launched into an ignorant tirade on the internet. We have a good rating and sell 150 cars per month. When you call me and my business names ,and you expect me to help you, you loose all credibility.

Revdex.com NOTE: Customer 'rebuttal' received via fax to Revdex.com. (Complaint auto-closed as 'Answered' over weekend on 6/26; re-opening complaint at this time to give business an opportunity to read customer rebuttal and determine whether it wishes to provide any further comments or offers, etc.)

"I [redacted] reject the respond.
That is not true they was very rude and they has over charge me for the 2003 Ford Explorer of the sales price of a $1,000 more and since I purchase the vehicle on June 30, 2015 I had experience several issue with the 2003 Ford Explorer and Cities Auto has charge me more than several other repair shop and also they had towed the 2003 Ford Explorer to another shop which is called Wholesale Transmission in Blaine Minnesota without my permission and I spoke to the owner Khanh trying to force me to apply for a loan at Nextep funding Lifestyle online texting me the information, and instruction, and (they) were asking me for my e-mail address and my password, so I called Revdex.com and (they) were not register with the state it reside in which Nevada. and I were informed to filled out complaint which I done that.
I towed my 2003 Ford Explorer from Wholesale Transmission after speaking to Khanh the manager, and got a (call) from Steve at Cities Auto yelling and being very disrespectful to me and a witness at wholesale transmission overheard the whole conversation feeling very bad for me his name is Todd his first day working at Wholesale Transmission in Blaine.
Then I called the police and spoke to Office [redacted] case #[redacted] and advised me to take Cities Auto to Civil Court due to multi complaint with Cities Auto of bad service. with selling (vehicles) from their lot.
Officer [redacted] in Crystal Minnesota advised me that Cities Auto treat customer nice when they first purchase a vehicle off they lot, and as soon as they leave they come back they treat them very bad.
I was in tears and shock because that is what I experience with them.
I didn't want any service from them free. Just wanted them to fix the issue I have all my receipts for my oil changes and my repairs. I just didn't let them (do) any of the repairs, because they were very expensive as of ripped off customers.
Example: I was at my daughter house in New Hope and my light bulb blew out only one I called them and they charge me $50 and other shop were very cheaper. So I and my daughter change it ourselves with instruction from (YouTube) it was very easy and quick.
Cities Auto was the last place I went to, because they were always overcharging me and taking advantage of me. I had no choice when the motor went out less than a year with all the repairs and oil changes.
Please stop them from taking advantage of customer. All of they response are not true. I will continue to follow Officer [redacted] concerned and advise. This really need to stop.

Thanks
