Review: The account I had with this company is way beyond its statute. The claim that the have payments for me in 2008 posted. That is inaccurate. The Laplace Louisiana location where I was managing my account is now closed. I cannot get in touch with them to prove the inaccuracies. This account should have been removed from my credit account long ago. Also, it is listed as a unsecured loan which it is not. There was a lien placed on a vehicle for security.Desired Settlement: Removal from my credit records
