The cap was sent out for installation upon arrival at the job site the technician noticed a defect in the capWhen he called the office to report the situation he was informed of a death in his family and immediately returned to the office dropping off the service vehicle and departed in his
personal vehicle without turning in the proper paperworkThe office assistant failed to follow up with the customer as procedure mandates and we only show one missed called that day from the customer but find no evidence of any messages being left and no further appointments were made for the installation as we had to re-order a new capNever the less this was a regretful error on the part of our staffWe offer our sincerest apology and the customers should be receiving a refund of $within the next business days

I corrected this situation on.Friday April 7th, by returning to customers home and reinstalling the capWe do guarantee all of our labor and workmanship on jobs we preform and try our best to correct and problems in a timely manner however due to scheduling conflicts and weather conditions it
took a little more time then usual to correct this issuePlease confirm with the customer that it has been resolved to their satisfactionThank You
