This facility is terrible The food is disgusting, the care is not good, and the attitude of the empoloyees is horrible My mother wasA resident in their Memory Care unit Short staffed, untrained, they only work days a weeks so no continuity No cavities They have not had a Activities director for over a year I think this is how they save money especially since very few families visit people in a Memory CAre unit.They do not care about the residence When you call in with a concern they give you a number and tell you that they will call back in a few days No name just a numberDo not put any relatives in this place
My mom was a resident of Brookdale West Orange for 1/yearsThe caregivers were wonderful but administrators horrendousI have been trying to rectify a situation that was resolved months ago but their internal systems are are incompetentNo response for facility or corporate office
