Deceptive advertising
I received a bill for 2 hundred dollars plus. I called and explained that I didn't see anywhere on their advertisement. They apologized and said they would wave the charges. Now 5 years later I get a call from a collection agency. They stated that if I don't pay they will report me to credit beaureaus. I asked them to send me an invoice. They said they couldn't do tat. I said I would not give out banking information over the phone to someone I didn't know. They hung up on me.

Desired Outcome

I do not wish to be harassed further for a payment that they agreed to drop.

I apologize. I inadvertently placed the complaint in this case on the wrong company. I corrected it and my complaint against the right company was resolved.

Did 14 day trial, understood I had to get a hold of company to stop billing. A guy from sales called me to offer discounts, at that time I cancelled.
Found charges on my credit card, after talking to a salesman whom tried to offer me discounts before trial period ended. I decided at this time the product was not right for me (customer ID XXXXX, order number XXXXX). I never opened the trail bottles. Called customer service talked to manager Karen ( her employee number started with a 4***). They said the charges where brought on for not cancelling, and sales and customer service are not the same entity. I asked if there were notes from sales saying I wished to cancel? She again repeated they are not the same and don't communicate with each other. Well that's just great cause I cancelled my account with sales and this lady was extremely rude. I have a total 6 charges on my credit card since August 21. August 21 Alpha force testo 6.90, Try no2 blast 6.96.
Sept 8 Alpha force 125.80 and Try no2 blast 121.72 ( apparently the charges for the trial, even though I cancelled on the phone with sales), and Sept 26 and 27 for 132.70 and another amount I could not understand (these ones will be sent back and refunded).
If someone calls me representing a company and I cancel my account, well I'd expect it to be done. Customer service and sales being seperate in a company seems like a huge problem, which I am sorry is not mine!

Desired Outcome

I would like to put this experience behind me and get a refund, I mean I did talk to someone at that company to say this product was no longer needed. Two departments that don't speak to each other, or even put notes on a customers account, seems uninterested keeping a customer a base, or making good with customer whom the product just doesn't work for. I truly would of reference this company to people over their quick delivery and ease of order online. But their customer service and sales department are very immature.

I ordered a trial version of health supplements online. Nowhere in this company's website did I see they were going to charge me $200 for the products
4/25/2019 I ordered Alphaforce Testo $5.54 USD
4/25/2019 I ordered TryNO2blast $5.59 USD
4/27/2019 I ordered NO2 Power Blast $56.44 USD
Note: The names were all different on the website.
5/13/2019 without asking me they charged $97.76 USD for the TryNO2blast and $101.03 USD for the Alphaforce Testo.
When I called to talk to them I was told I had another order coming, for another total $198.79 USD which I also didn't ask for. I told them to cancel it and they said I couldn't cancel or return the product, only cancel future orders.

Desired Outcome

I want to return the new product which they sent for a full refund. I want a full refund of the amount they charged for the "trial version".

I have lodged my complaint to the Revdex.com twice earlier, however, I did not receive any support from Revdex.com till now.

I bought 2 products from the above company because they had advertised it as free products. I only had to pay shipping. But whn the item came they mention that I have to use it for a trial period and then I have to subscribe to it, otherwise I would be billed for th use.
I don't want to use their product and I told them so. So they told me to send it back. Now, to send it back I have to incur shipping charges. Because of the false advertising I already paid shipping charges once. No to return the item also I have to incur shipping charges. This is not fair.
Can Revdex.com help me in this case?
I would like someone from Revdex.com to get back to me.

Desired Outcome

I don't want their falsely advertised product. I want to send it back without having to incur shipping charges for returning it.

I foolishly bought some trial sized offer from Tyno2blast-Toay.com
via website. I am usually VERY careful with buying things on line and rarely do so
The products for Xplodeworkout and Tryno2blast was supposed to be free. I was led to believe that the product testodrive 365 was free & had to pay (US$5.15. $5.20) for postage only.
Few days later, I got a call from their agent/employee, extolling why I should purchase the other advertised products. I flatly refused to do so. I told the agent to cancel my "free order "as I was no longer interested He said have a nice day, sir and hung up the phone. I was charged an amount for US$93.88, $90.84 clearly a fraudulent transaction. This was charged to my credit card, 02 May 2019
What I didn't realize was that after this company has your credit card number, they charge monthly on that credit card without receiving any further product, and without my knowledge. I have been charged two separate transactions at two different time on my Visa (***-X-X-XXXX) (US$93.88, $90.84) once on 02 May 2019 & another on 20 May 2019 for a monthly supply of product which I did not authorize and I am not receiving. I have called my bank (CIBC) and have immediately cancelled my Visa and the bank tells me they can't credit me these amounts without some sort of written cancellation from this company. When I talked to the people at the bank, they told me I'm not the only one this has happened to and that it always looks like you are only paying for the trail sizes, and it usually doesn't indicate in any way that they will be adding additional charges to your credit card, nor you authorizing them to do so (they said sometimes it is indicated, but in the "fine" print - which no one reads!). The problem is when I call this said company, every phone number I have for them, is either a fast busy or a recording which leaves you on hold for approx. 10 minutes only to say at the end of that time that you have to leave a message or call back and it hangs up.

The product was supposed to be free. Only pay for postage, ($5$7). Despite a telephonic conversation still charged $128.73.
Very irregular-
I was led to believe that the product testodrive 365 was free & had to pay $5.50 for postage only.
There numerous follow on products, (different windows)to purchase
I proceeded straight through without purchasing any product.

I signed up for a trial, I received said product and didn't use it for more then a few days as it made my stomach uneasy. I forgot about it for a while until I looked at my bank account to see 270 dollars missing. No notice, email or anything this was even happening.

Desired Outcome

I just want my money back, and I do not wish to have anymore money come out and have the entire account cancelled.

I foolishly bought some trial sized cosmetics on a website. I am usually VERY careful with buying things on line and rarely do so. I purchased two of these cosmetic items with my Visa and received them. What I didn't realize was that after this company has your credit card number, they charge monthly on that credit card without receiving any further product, and without my knowledge. I have been charged two separate transactions on my Visa ($119.95, $115.95) for a monthly supply of cosmetics which I did not authorize and I am not receiving.

I have called my bank (***) and have immediately cancelled my Visa and the bank tells me they can't credit me these amounts without some sort of written cancellation from this company. On July 14th, 2018, I ordered trial bottles and was billed amounts never agreed too.
On July 14th, 2018, I ordered a trial bottle of Enduraflex from *** and a trial bottle from XplodeWorkout the cost of these bottles were $4.95 and $6.90.

A few days later I received a call from one of the customer service agents from the company asking me if I wanted to continue the subscription. I informed the agent that I was only interested in the trial bottles and I did not want to continue receiving supplements. At this time the customer service agent did not tell me that they would continue sending supplements and that I would be charged full price.
In August I received another package from TryNO2Blast-Today.com and XplodeWorkout containing more pills. I contacted the customer service number and informed them that I did not want the pills and that I wanted to cancel my subscription. She cancelled the subscription and stated that I would be charged 8.99 for cancelling. It was such a small amount and I wasn't concerned about it so I said ok.
When I went to look at my credit card I noted that I had been charged the initial charges of for the trial bottles$4.95 and $6.90 and then also charges

$123.44 on August 18, 2018
$127.35 on August 18, 2018

When I contacted them to inquire about the charges I stated that I was willing to return all pills as I hadn't used them but they stated that my account was closed and they were unwilling to assist me. I asked to speak to a manager and they would not transfer me. I was never informed of how the subscription worked and I wasn't informed that it would continue. I clearly stated that I was only interested in the trial bottle. I never had an option/ received an option on how to return the product or cancel my subscription. All I want is a refund on a unopened product and charges reversed on my credit card.

Willing to return all products for a full refund. Willing to pay the shipping costs that was agreed upon for the trial bottles

the company called this week and issued a full refund for the items that they stated I purchased. The problem has been rectified and I am satisfied with the companies response.

I usually don't fall for these types of health improvements to enhance your physical stature; on this occasion, I did, only because of all the Dragons buying into this product. Does this product actually work? Only time will tell. If money is no object then carry on buying.

I signed up for the 14 days free trial, at a cost of $33.90 for one bottle, and $4.95 shipping. After 14 days I was billed an additional $119.85. I call the 1 800 number and they stated that the $119.85 was for the full price of the other bottle. $153.75 plus shipping $4.95

I want a full refund for 79.31 that was taken from my account on 2.7.18 I only wanted the free trial ones paying only p+p of 2.95

this company is a complete rip off.. stay away

I tried a health product advertised on Facebook, No2 power blast, and Alpha Force Testo. It was a trial offer 14 day risk free.
The problem is the price was not advertised or told to me once! I tried to call the company *** and I'm getting a substantial price tag for something that doesn't work. I would like a full refund and return of there products, as I have not used the full 14 day trial offer and I already got billed? A price I did not agree with, I was completely unaware on the the fee, so I feel the 14 day risk free, statement is completely misleading as you don't get to try it before you buy it, like it claims? And I feel like I have been taken advantage of! I called and asked for a return address to send the products back and they say I was not aloud and that they would discount the price to keep it! But I don't want anything to do with the company's shady ethics, and how they do the billing! I would have liked to do the trial offer and see if it works and if it didn't I would have liked to send it back, as advertised, 14 day risk free trial! The 111.00 price for 60 capsules and 115.00 for the other 60 capsules. When the called me right after I first started the transaction and the price was to be locked in at 20.00 a bottle! But was never put to my account!

I got a complete REFUND and apologie from the company on the price and terms and conditions, the issue has been completely resolved, with out the Revdex.com help I feel I would not have gotten a full refund or any help from the company stating above. ordered w my cell phone, and the selections were impossible to decipher,used deceptive practices to bill & ship me product that was unwanted
the interface on my cell phone to make the purchase was extremely hard to decipher and kept throwing up more product choices than you want and I thought I navigated out of them successfully only to find out they had loaded my order with product I didn't want or order.
There is no itemized order sheet in box with delivery of items and no options to return unwanted items.

alpha force testo causes itching and spots all over my body
feb 2018 purchace *** 10 days of use causing major itching on body including head , spots are *** unable to stop scratching untill 1 day after stopping pills have discontinued taking pills and now back to normal

this complaint has been resolved in a reasonable manner , I also asked them to improve their service call situation as it took 4 days and 7 calls over 5 hours to answer the calls and was only after I contacted you that the call was answered , a coincidence maybe but then the resolve was quickly dealt with , regards *** , if there is any more problem with this company I will contact you

This company is a scam! False advertisement!
I originally ordered the NO2 power blast, and they sent me the alpha force testo as well when I specifically said I was not interested in that one. I then got charged the $4.95 and on January 31 got charged another $230!!!
On the packaging it does not specify getting charged that much for the shipment I recieved!
If I would of known I would of NEVER ordered this product. They falsely advertised and no one should ever order this product! When I called they refused to give me my money back!

I hope no one falls for this dumb scam!

I bought two bottles of vitamins from this company, agreeing to pay 6.95 and then 14 days later they charged me 117. and then another charge after that without my consent and now I get the joy of going to my bank to dispute these and possibly having to cancel my credit card. will be contacting this company in the morning to try fight these charges I did not consent too!

FALSE ADVERTISING Misleading SCAM!!!!!

Citimex trading Ltd advertisement under www.Alphaforcetesto.com mislead me to a free 14 day trial for two bottles charging me 4.95$ for shipping, NO2 Blast and ALPHA FORCE TESTO. I received the two bottles of pills and did nothing, then received two more bottles. Then four charges appeared on my Mastercard for a total of $469.43 CAN.
After talking to a representative and canceling on the telephone, I was told I could NOT get a refund nor return the unopened products

I am demanding a full reimbursement settlement of the four charges to my Mastercard reference #zXXXXXXXXX, amounts 86.51$USD + #zXXXXXXXXX amount 89.41$USD, and jan02 amounts 117.49$CAN, $121.21 CAN for a total of 469.43$ CAN! This is grounds legal implications ; misleading and not showing ample information regarding products and services.

This company's ad misled me into ordering a "trial" for vitamin supplements for $4.95. I ended not using the supplements after reading reviews that they are useless and even dangerous.

Without my knowledge, the company enrolled me into a reoccurring order, and charged my card for nearly $200 worth of products each month. California, my state of residence, prohibits this type of opt-in subscription schemes. However, when I disputed the charges with my credit card, this vendor falsely replied to them that I had subscribed to their on-going purchases.
