I was working with Citinet Limo Service on November 9th to reserve a car to pick me up from the Atlanta airport Their on-line system was not working very well so I tried calling them on the phone to make the reservation I could not get the on-line discounts by calling them so myself and the agent tried working through the process to get my order through their on-line system to receive the appropriate discounts Because the system was not working I stated to the agent on the phone that I would just cancel the order, at the same moment that was happening my order went through I asked the agent to cancel my order because I was not confident that I would be picked up because of the service issues I was having They canceled my order for me but still billed me for $ I have called several times to get try and get my refund but I am always told the manager, ***, is not available but they will relay my message To date I have not received my refund
