This the first I have heard of any complaint from [redacted] .We were hired by [redacted] to complete a scope of work that we completed and [redacted] was satisfied with the work we had done.I will contact [redacted] to see what the problem is.Thanks [redacted] CitiStar Painting

I am not asking for $back, I am only looking for a refund dobto poor quality work not to the contract termsI am also not questioning any damage from floor installation, only the work he performedI have had multiple other painters review and state the work was poor quality, and there are multiple missed spots, runs, sags etcThis is due to poor quality work
I would love an independent paint inspector to come out, review the contract that was signed, and then review the quality of workThis entire job needs redone due to not straining paint, using paint that was not per contract, and poor workmanship leaving runs, sags, and poor surface areas
All I ask is for a refund of cost, as the work was horrible

He wanted us to paint before the floors were installedHe insisted on thisHe had two floors installed because he didn't like the first one from ***I do not collect until I am 100% doneI walked the job, he was happy and he paid me days laterThe walls were beat to hellI do not know
who damaged the paint job, it looked great when we finishedHe wanted me to help him sue *** but I would not do thatHe paid me days after we were done and then one month later sends in a complaintHe now wants his money back after doing a walk through and paying meHe is right the paint job looked awful, but it was nothing we did wrongThere are dings, grease marks, dents, scrapes, etcThat is nothing we didThis was a $paint job and he asked for $back
