Tom of Citiwide Garage Doors recently worked on my garage door He was slated to arrive between and am He called at 6:am to advise that he was on his way and arrived a little after am It was great to have a company show up at the START of the arrival window rather than at the end of it He fixed the problem within minutes without issue He was pleasant, friendly, and helpful I am glad my home warranty company assigned my work order to Citiwide Nicely done!

After a very bad experience with another garage door company, I was lucky enough to finally find the perfect business! Wish I had known about Citiwide Garage Door Service first, Matt came out, ordered the parts I needed and Kevin the owner, kept me up to date about the delivery time and then the same morning the sensors arrived in the mail, I got a call from the office manager saying that Matt was going to put in the parts on his way to lunch! He showed up a few minutes later with his work partner and between the two of them, the parts were installed quickly....they were both so nice and polite and explained how the parts worked, the warranty and answered all my questions I give this Company stars and will be recommending them to everyone I know Finally, an honest company that really cares about its customers, that is becoming a very rare thing, that I have found out since we bought our house Thank you Kevin and your crew!

It was great to have a company show up at the START of the arrival window rather than at the end of it. He fixed the problem within 45 minutes without issue. He was pleasant, friendly, and helpful. I am glad my home warranty company assigned my work order to Citiwide. Nicely done!

They came right away because the spring was broke and I couldn't get out of the garage . They charged a fair price and they were pleasant and professional, I will call them again , if I need them.

I used citywide recently and had nothing but good things happen. The price was very fair and they seemed very honest. I will definitely use them again and recommend everyone else does,too!

Citiwide was great! They were knowledgeable when I called and knew exactly what I meant when my garage door broke. They were perfectly on time when they said they would be. The technician was polite,worked hard, explained everything, and gave good education to make sure I understood what was wrong and what to do to maintain my door for the future. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were great to work with!
