I bought a puppy and she was shipped to Nashville, Tenn to citizen shipping and the manager scam me out of most of my money with comments about refunds of 245 thousand dollars. When I knew something my bank account was almost empty. Looking back this manager never revealed his name and never sent pictures of puppy who had been there since last November.

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:They DID NOT reach out to me whatsoeverI sent them numerous emails to their email support team but I NEVER received any responseWhen I posted a negative review online, they only responded asking that I contact their email supportI sent them another email but THEY NEVER REPLIED I also never received any phone call from themMost importantly, THEY HAVEN'T REFUNDED ME Their drivers are also questionableThey hire drivers without any strict background checkI ended up having a driver who was smoking while on the road to transport my pet Regards, [redacted]

I hope this information helps as I would be interested in signing up for citizen shippers services again but am afraid of having my account charged if I wish to end my subscriptionRefund is pending and has not yet been reflected on my account - thank you

We have reached out to this customer both by email support and by phone. The customers payment to us was already refunded. We do not handle payments to drivers on our site, as they are given directly to the driver, as an independent contractor. Any funds paid to the driver will have to be addressed...
