What does that mean it will be reviewedWhat im upset about is what she responded with made it look like im lieingSo I wanted a chance to correct herShe put on there she isnt the only person who runs everything there but yet she is when u call u get her for everything if there is an issue u get her or she tells u to write a letter to the board but yet the address is her address so what board? Also I requested my month payment back which was On her response she said the board approved it and put it on my accountWell the only account I assume I have is closed since she turned my service off due to an arguement that last -mins with my husband about the really horrible service she blamed on my ethernet cord being unpluged but yet it clearly was plugged it I had a connection everyrhing showed that in my home it has such a incredibly slow sleep it couldnt be used my tv ran the speed test plus the daycare mins up the road has same services and theyre internet didnt work eitherSo it obviously had nothing to do with my ethernet cordWhich is why we are so angry bwcause she wouldnt listen plus she had guy possibly that do the installs or any issues that involve them coming to your home to fixHe usually is the one if you call the help/tech support line afterhours he calls uThis was the 1st time ever in my while time having them that she answered that call it was weird kinda felt like a set up because I had already argued with her in the past about my servicesPoint is she is bold face lieing to you guys to look good.the ill never ever seeThe reason I know is I also had to leave a deposit to start my service which the voicemail I kept from the day after she turned my service off she stated I have days to bring in the indoor equipment or I will not receive my deposit backWhat she didnt say on the voicemail is she would be keeping my deposit plus charging me on top of that because I received a bill not even days after I contacted the Revdex.comSo if she gives us this I can tell u all she will state is it went towards this balance she created because I work until could get to her at by 6pm well she is closed usually by no later then So she has no intentiom on giving me a penny.I may try n mail this to her I hopes to get all the money owe to me but I have a feeling she will say she never got it [redacted]

At that point the customer was told to stop cussing but it continued and at that point the service was discontinuedThe requested $was approved by the board and will be adjusted on the account, but service will not be re-instatedSent on: 8/19/2:22:PM

I need your help I called and left a voicemail for assistance on what to do here I e never had to do one of these and everything she said she is liwing and to prove it I was forced to call and asl about this credit im suppose to receive that she comme ted on Revdex.comShe said the days of service she is charging mw the Instead of tbe nor al rate .its for a monthSo since there was fays before she turnwd me off she said the credit is goinf to that!i did the math ÷by or days for August it shohld only be like a day or ao lile for days not plus I got a bill for august so that being said the she said to Revdex.com that she would be crediting me ill never see like I knew instead she is charging me an outrageous price to ensure I wont get a dime backPlease hep this is what she does to the eldery and all of us in that area we need someone to step in and help thats not fair to make prices up depending on if you like the person its bad enought she turned mt service off when her and my husband had an argument over why we never have the service or speed we pay for.she blamed us and its our fault wgen yet the dyace down the rd had same issue so how can sge blame me its theyre company

Business Response to a Complaint Complaint ID#: *** Company Name: Citizens Communications Company Contact: *** *** Company Phone: ###-###-#### Company Email: *** Person Who Sent the Complaint: *** *** Staff Member: Response: In regards to ***'s informationHer monthly bill was $She was billed $for AugustWe cancelled her service on 8/7/We adjusted $off of her account to give her a $balance*** paid a $deposit on 4/24/for the equipmentIt is our standard procedure that if the inside customer equipment isn't returned by the Friday of cancellation of service that an invoice goes out for the cost of the equipment, and the customer has days to return itIn this case the equipment wasn't returned until 9/1/At this time the account shows there is $due, the claim has been presented that her equipment is returned so the process for the claim is going and it is estimated that a check will be sent around Oct 13th for the $depositTo clarify our offices are open Monday through Friday 8:am to 4:30pm

I recently put a complaint in about a local internet companyShe finally back but the information she wrote was incorrect so I wanted to comment on what she saidI dont see anywhere on thete where I can write commentsBecause everything she wrote was incorrect plus she said she gave me a credit of my month which is to my account however my account is closed so I wont get anythingPlus I cant remember how much the deposit was but I had to make a deposit to start servicesShe left me a voicemail stating I wont be getting my deposit unkess I drop her box offI went to do that last fri but they were closed and the night drop slot os only big enough to put letters inSo she has made it impossible for me to give this box backThey close between 3-4pm m-friday well I work til 530pm m-friday so that means ican drop it off and she is keeping my moneyOn the response she sent it says she credited me to my account webi got a bill today in the mail from her statng if I dont drop thia box off them she is chareing me for it so not only do I lose my deposit but she is charbing me iver 100.oso what 90?like I stated she is the only one running that business with the help of or installers that also take the after hours tech callsHow do I get to write all off this on there to make sure she is corrected on what she is saing because she isnt giving me money back she is charing me more that way I somt see anything back

Please see the attached documents in regards to Citizens Communications Broadband's response to the complaintIt was attempted to make contact with the customer via phone to further discuss the issue and troubleshoot their connection but all numbers on file are Not In Service - ###-###-####,
###-###-#### and ###-###-#### and the number on the complaint lists our phone number (###-###-####) WORK ORDER RESPONSE: PROBLEM: customer filed a Revdex.com complaint noting"the internet company was called to replace a cable because dish network came and replaced a cable and cut the wrong cable so citizens commications to replace cable and and it is there equipment and they shouldn't have to charge me to replace cable from their antenna outside to inside the house it is their equipmentcitizens communications isn't taking care of their equipment.it needs to be replaced line is all taped up from their technitions and internet cuts out..ou call customer serice and they say the service is good and service cuts out.so I would like cable reolacedservice goes out sometimes when it rains and is out for to hours at at time." Received letter from Revdex.com today*** spoke to the customer since the splice and customer stated that they were having problems getting onlineChecked the connection and their ethernet port was up and signal to the tower was goodSpoke to male and then a female (guessing Mr***'s wife and she wasn't happy) I tried troubleshooting but explained that the connection was up and I didn't see where there was a problem with the cable and/or signalCurrently the customer is getting a SNR with MOD of and hasn't been rebooted in daysGraphs don't show breaks in the connection and the ping times are good to the radioALSO note: complaint states they would like "cable replaced and credit on bill for service" and the name of the salesperson was "*** ***" although *** doesn't work here anymore SOLUTION: Called all the numbers on file including ###-###-####, ###-###-#### and ###-###-#### and all are Not In ServiceAlso the phone number customer shows on the Complaint is our office number(###-###-####)In regards to the complaint I was able to snapshot traffic yesterday running through the connection, although not able to reach customer today to confirmOn the complaint it states *** *** as salespersonThis may have been the person they spoke to when they originated service but *** no longer works at C3bb and hasn't for several yearsIn regards the connection, our policy is that we do maintain our equipment, but if something occurs such as it did with the cutting of our cable then we charge a tech fee of $per hour for the repairThis happens from time to time or accounts we have from them cutting while mowing or an animal chewing through and they all get charged the tech feeIN regards to the service cutting out the customer would need to call our technical support line that is available days a week, days a year from a.mto p.mat ###-###-#### option At this time there still doesn't appear to be any issue with the service from our endThe taped up part is actually where the splice.
