I purchased from them last february but was not able to ship it out outside US because FIREPENNY refused to provide the EEI(electronic export information) form needed to file for AES(automated export system).the value I purchased is over $and si it requires by US GOVT.ti file AES
which was required by US Govtfor purchases over $2500.00,AES nned to apply and to do that an EEI Form must be filled up by the supplier/shipper
FIREPENNY refused to fill that up and
as a result,the items held pending at my forwarder’s warehouse(*** n ***) since last march 28,2017.per *** n ***,theres no way they can ship it out from US if they will not fill up EEI forn to apply for AES.my delivery was delayed and I was forced to ask *** to hold the payment due to FIREPENNY because I did and will not be able to receive the item
now,they ask my forwarder to return the goods to their office at my expense and ask me to pay 30% restocking fee
