Review: I am filing this complaint although the address I have is [redacted]

In 2010 Citizenre installed solar panels on my roof with a ten year "forward Rental Agreement Contract #[redacted]. In June 2103 we reported a leak in our roof dripping into a bedroom. in July 2013 they assumed responsibility for investigation and repair of damage of the roof caused by the solar installation. On Nov. 1, 2013 they sent a crew out to repair the roof. I thought this solved the problem.

During the rest of that winter there was little rain and everything seemed ok. During the next fall and winter the roof began leaking worse than before and it has now damaged the ceiling in two bedrooms and the drywall on the exterior walls of the bedroom. and the carpet will need to be replaced. I had a roofing company give me an estimate to repair the roof @ just under $10,000 but the solar company would need to remove the panel (since they are owned by the solar company) then the panels could be re-installed. I have emailed Citizenre three times [redacted]. I have also used US mail and sent a letter. I have used there phone number from their website Phone: ([redacted] and left messages. they have not responded until a flyer was left at my door titled forward Rental Agreement - Pre-Pay Option there was a note on the side of the flyer "Hey [redacted], sorry I missed you. Feel free to give me a call and we can discuss the roof issues. Thanks [redacted]" The number circled onthe flyer is [redacted], I called this number three times and each time a voice said it would connect me and went dead. On Sept 4, 2015 I tried the number again and this time I was able to leave a message. I still have had no other contact from Citizenre. At this time I don't know what to do next. I am worried about mold in the house which could become a heath issue. I have thought about contacting ABC News here in Los Angles, Posting on the Citizenre face book page but it was suggested by a friend to go through the Revdex.com first.Desired Settlement: I would like the Citizenre Corporation to repair the roof using a qualified roofing company with a 10 year warranty, replace damaged drywall in walls and ceiling, paint and replace damaged carpet.

I'm running with the same problem! So frustrated... did you ever hear from them? Getting ready to take legal action!

Review: The solar panel company has never contacted us (we purchased this property 18 months ago) and previous owners said they hadn't received a bill in over 18 months prior to that. Yesterday a Default and Recovery flyer (with no address or contract listings) was handed to us from a man who got out of an unmarked car (no company logos, etc.) stating that we are in default and that they will remove the system withing the next 5 business days. This is our first contact from the company.

Several of our neighbors with the same systems received similar flyer or calls with essentially the same threat (and they also had not received any invoices in the last 18 months). The flyer lists address as San Diego, however website and Revdex.com sites only list Delaware. We contacted them and requested an agreement to review for possibly renewing, and was told we are too far in default so we have to allow them on our roof this weekend to remove. Our neighbor was advised they could buy out of the contract if they gave them a check this weekend when they came to remove.

We would like to continue with solar and want to try to do business, but have been told no and we must let them take it in days. We are not sure it is even a legitimate company and aren't being given time to determine or hire our own roofer to supervise removal.Desired Settlement: We want to determine if they are a legitimate company, with the right to enter into a contract with us, renew and proceed with services. If this is unacceptable to the company and they want to take the property without allowing us the opportunity to continue solar services, we ask for the time to engage a proper roofer to supervise removal and seek another solar panel source for leasing.
