 Again thanks for your time.In reviewing your account on the December 2015 statement we see that you were charged for two returned items that took your account in the negative on December 3, 2015.   Also, you were charged by an outside vendor on that same day.  Several days later the vendor credited it back to you.  Had that charge not gone through on December 3rd, the other two items would still have put you in the negative on the account, resulting in two returned items.  Six days later another item took the account in the negative.   An overdraft fee was not imposed at that time. In early February there were 2 items that overdrew the account.  Both of those charges were refunded on the same day.   We strive to work with our clients.  We are disappointed that you are not happy with the remedy of taking care of three out of the five possible charges. Years ago it was decided that we were not going to accept deposits at our ATM’s due to numerous fraud situations.  We do accept deposits at our 7 locations either at the teller line, drive-thru or after hours at our night deposit at each location.  Many of our clients utilize the night deposit. We hope that you continue to bank with us.  We also hope you find our actions and information regarding options for deposits to be favorable.  Thank you for sharing your concerns and taking the time to make us better to serve you.  If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to me at [redacted].Sincerely,Clay H[redacted]Vice President Retail/Operations
