I am rejecting this response because:we have no pictures of *** on the roof or the ladder because he got down so quick and said there was no damage to the roof because he saw the damage he did to the gutter helmet I never got upset with *** never ask him to write a report he said there was no damage and gave me his card never asked them to get involve they were the only company to put their extension ladder against the gutter helmet I had three other companies come out and they used ladders that had hooks or step ladders and they found damage to the roof and they also went into the attic and found damage he acted like he was in a big hurry

I just want others to know about the practices they use, I have a lioan with citizens finance of tinley park ilMy loan is days past due, they are calling and texting everyday stating if I do not pay they will garnish my wages or repo my autoThis is not even days past dueEven the car finance companies give you days before they start calling and textingThey were calling me times every dayNow that I paid it
Nothing no calls no textsI just want others know what I am going throughThere should be some latitude before threaten to garnish wages or repo your car

We are aware of this compliant.. We never did any work what so ever for him.. Our ladder never touched the area he is talking about.. He complained the exact compliant to home advisor and they found no reason for the compliant.. So they denied his compliant.. We can send you the email they sent us.....

Plus, when I was on the phone with him ([redacted]) he got very racist about my Mexican (business partner).. This man wanted us to write a report to him so that he could sue is next-door neighbor... We did absolutely nothing wrong.. JPA Roofing
