Hello, about two years ago I filed a case with Law Citizen Group (probate) regarding a name change on one of my propertiesI was told $3,would take care of all the paper workI was skeptical at first when I was asked to pay the whole ammount (listed above) but was told that without payment the lawyer wouldn't continue with the caseI agreed to pay and was told that within to months everything would be done and the property would be under my name well the time came to see results and and nothing was provided to meI asked if he had been to court to settle the issue he said yes that he had been to the [redacted] center courtHe said that he had to do another appointment that seemed strange to me, so I went and checked at the courthouse to see if he had shown up to the courtI was told that he had missed the appointment I called my lawyer and was told he would be gone for a month since he had gone on vacationThrough out time excuses after excuses were given to me I finally decided to go see him last week 10/12/I was told the case was done I asked if I could have my paperwork back he said no because it was part of his work and he would keep it for records but I also asked if he had paperwork stating that the case was closed from the courthouse he said he didn'tI asked for my money and my paper work back he said he would give me neither

I responded to a text from the law firm citizen group located on division the legal assistant andres rodriguez he asked that I called him back and that it was urgent when I called back on October 5,another legal assistant said I only can talk to Joshua m [redacted] and that he was not in the office I asked was there anyone else that I can talk to they told me no only him I noticed on the contract they have me down for a for closure and a pre for closure that I signed and he did not it is two existing contracts that I noticed on yesterday October after I asked my contract to be cancelled and my refund of 500$ they told me that my contract would be cancelled and I would get a email which I still not have got confirmation of and yet I am still recieving calls on setting up appointments of showing on my property which I had already asked them to take off the market I received a call from another legal assistant and that's where I realize that there is another contract its one for selling of my property and one for for closure he did not sign her sales contract and she not sign his for closure contract and she never gave me copy of the sales contract this is why I never knew who the lady Lydia was until I looked my property up on the internet so the way they have it set up is if they cancel the contract for closure the selling of my property contract with remax still exist then I finally talk to a Lydia memell she ask that I call her back on her mobile number she replied that she has been in this business for twenty plus years and she has never once got a complaint and says she can schedule showings of my property to clients without any identification on to whom im letting in which I don't think is safe she got really upset told me to get a job get a life and hung up on me I am seeking that both contracts are fully cancelled with confirmation and my five hundred dollars refund I am no longer interested in services from this company I am also seeking that this matter is resolved quickly as possible thank u in advance

The client maintained an office next to my officeShe wished to break a lease and asked me to write a letter to her landlord and review voluminous documentationDue to the client being located next to my office I agreed to spend significant time reviewing documentation, meeting with the
client, and drafting a letter to her landlord at an extremely discounted rateI was not retained until September 5, and immediately performed all work that was agreed to be performedSoon thereafter the client vacated her leased storefront and came to my office indicating that her landlord indicated to her that she had not received a letter from my officeThe client was irate and incredibly rude, and refused to think that it was possible that her landlord had, in fact, received a letter from my office and was not forthcomingMy office provided all work that was requested in a competent and timely manner and, it should be noted, that the client came to my office indicating that she was unable to break her lease after spending months attempting to do so with the owner yet, after the owner indicated that she "did not receive" my letter, the owner then decided to let the client break her lease

clients who have signed up for this service wish for us to respond to all specific allegations that are currently protected by attorney-client privilege we are more than happy to do so. We will provide waivers for the clients to sign if this is the case.

As for the allegation that I missed meetings with this specific client, this is not the case. There was no meeting set for April 12, 2104 for which any appointments were missed. I was present in the office for the full day on April 12, 2014 and no appointments were missed.
With respect to services relating to loan modifications, in general terms and not addressing any privileged information relating to this specific client, loan modifications can take several months sometimes even years to complete. There are numerous factors that are related to the time that it takes for a modification to be processed, but we always make clear to our clients that a modification will almost certainly take no less than 3-6 months to complete. Moreover, it is not uncommon for a client to initially receive a modification offer that is not to their liking. In many of these instances we will appeal the decision, resubmit a new modification request, or take other action that can lead to a far more favorable result for the specific client. I believe that it goes without saying that it is very important for our clients to be patient and let the process run its course. Rome was not built in a day and we certainly do not give any prospective client any indication to the contrary.
With respect to this specific client, I have not had any opportunity to address any of the concerns raised in their Revdex.com complaint as the first time that any issues have been raised are contained in this correspondence. I am always more than happy to meet with any client in person to discuss their concerns and requests. They are more than welcome to schedule an appointment to meet with me at any time.

The appointment date was accidently put in wrong it was Wednesday April 16, 2014 and when we arrived to the appointment with our attorney, he wasn't present only his assistant [redacted] was and she assured us that he was on his way. After waiting 15 minutes [redacted] told us we would have to speak to him through phone because he was stuck in traffic.

When we were speaking to our attorney with the help of his assistant because of a language barrier, he told us that there was nothing more that he can do but a foreclose litigation and it would be a $3,500 fee to do so. Which we find contradicting to his past statement.
In regards to the attorney-client privilege we would be happy to receive a waiver to sign, to be able to provide Revdex.com with specific details about our case.

Again, I would suggest that they come to my office to sign a waiver of attorney-client privilege form so that we can discuss through the Revdex.com forum if that is the client's request. They can set up a time to do through through the front desk.
Also, with respect to the indication that I missed a meeting on April 12, 2014, the client is now indicating that the missed meeting was on a different date and that I did speak with the client on the date of the scheduled meeting. It must be noted that there are instances in which court runs far longer than scheduled and that on rare occasions our attorneys will run slightly late to meetings (while rare, this is almost certainly the case for virtually all law firms). Whenever an attorney is stuck in court or in traffic, a telephone call will always be made so that all support staff, the client, and the attorney can discuss various matters without leaving a client to wait for too long before the attorney arrives. It should also be noted that the client has made no complaint prior to submitting this complaint through the Revdex.com. Had client voiced concern to me either during a meeting or via telephone it would assuredly have facilitated a resolution to this matter.
Also, I just reviewed the 5/12 meeting notes. The client did schedule a meeting and did not show up. On 5/16 I was not late for any meetings, the client showed up approximately 2 hours late for their meeting, which is why I spoke with them via telephone. Traffic had nothing to do with me not meeting with these individuals in person.

They said the case will take about 3 to 6 months maximum but now is almost 2 years and when I call to get an answer they never return the calls. I went to the office and Joshua couldn't game an answer.

Citizens Law Group saved my home. It felt great to have someone on my side that was using the law to protect me.
