Good afternoon, Mr [redacted] is welcome to send the video of how the toaster oven is performingHowever, as stated previously, the unit is not under warranty and we do not have the information on service centers that can fix toaster ovensAny retailer that has sold this toaster oven for the last 18-months is aware that the unit has been discontinued and cannot be replacedThe product was discontinued because the factory that produces the unit discontinued it from its line up Thank you

Good morning, The customer contacted our Customer Service line and he was asked for the day of purchase of the unit to make sure the product was still under warranty, which is one year, as the majority of Small Applilances in the US MarketHe said he didn't know, the item was a gift and he
didn't have any documentationHe also didn't register the product when receivedTherefore we cannot confirm the unit is under warranty, however, in his complaint to this organization he says the unit has stopped working after a year, and that is exactly the warranty period. Unfortunately the product was discontinued years ago and we don't have any units available anymoreThe issue with the oven couldn't be troubleshot and we believe we did our best to help the customer under the circumstances. The manufacturer cannot reimburse the end user for the purchase of a product, the reimbursement would have to come from the retailerThe customer did not explain whether or not the retailer was contacted to confirm a return or reimbursement policy. I am rejecting this response because:If the item was under warranty I'm curious to know what would have happenedThere must be someone who they can hire to fix small appliances For a toaster oven in this price point it should not fail this easilyThis is unacceptableI would love to submit a video of what it does when you try to enter in any settingI am also curious why this item was discontinued- was it because of faulty equipment or similar issues? I would even settle for an amount to purchase a toaster oven at Walmart that I would expect to fail after a few years

To whom It May concern, *** *** indeed contacted us and as mentioned she has been waiting for a part that has to come from Spain for a little bit over a month. The shipments from Spain take an average of weeks plus transit time from our public warehouse facility in
California to the repair service center in NJ where the parts are storedWe just received this part and we are going to be contacting Ms *** to let her know the part is on its way. She purchased this unit from a retailer and they are the ones who can offer a refund if she takes it back, which we will suggest as well. Good afternoon, It is true the customer contacted us about the Pressure Cooker SetHowever there was no mention about the set being brand new, and the customer service team assumed it was used and the discoloration was caused because of incorrect use of the productIt was a misunderstanding
and we apologize for it. We will be contacting the customer to replace the pot with the discoloration and send him a brand new one

Good morning, After getting the information from our Customer Service team and Service Company we have been able to confirm that when the unit failed our Service Company sent a local technician to fix the unit. However, this local technician refused to go when he found out the customer was located...

in a very remote area.  It has been decided that Fagor America will  replace the hood.
