this response because:   How is this even a response?    The Check was sent by mistake .  It is not your money.   You stated that you could reinstate the loan, but will not do it this time because of the ability of the customer to pay you.

In order to maintain the privacy of sensitive information of all consumers, it is the policy of Citizens National Bank to not publicly comment on specific concerns, but to only respond to inquiries received directly from any consumer reporting, state or federal banking agency.
