Trades are not guaranteed and trading is risky We cannot refund client money that was traded We gave him matching bonus which we also lost We do not profit from winning or losing by our clients, rather by trade volume.Claim by our client is totally ridiculous

To Revdex.comWe are one of the largest binary option companies in the world with over 100,active clients.Unfortunately, we have some clients who just do not understand how our programs work and do not want to understand.Mr [redacted] deposited 10,000$ int a trading account which is automated and trades via robot for him.Upon opening an account Mr [redacted] was given a signing bonus of 15,000$ which is given to him as leverage to allow him to use our funds to make more money and trade with larger amounts. These funds are not a gift and does require a certain amount of trading before they are then outright given to him without repayment requirement.Once trading begins with these funds, they cannot be returned until the trading requirements are met. These terms are explained to client before they are receivedThese terms and conditions actually have to be agreed upon before a client opens an account with our account Mr [redacted] signed and acknowledged that he has read and agreed to these conditions otherwise he would not have been able to open account with our company These same terms on our webpage and I will be glad to send you a copy of them or you can go to our webpage at citrades.com and scroll down to bottom of page under terms and conditions. We have many clients who do not wish those funds to be given to them as they do not wish to have the burden of trading certain amounts.Mr [redacted] agreed to accept these funds.Under no conditions will we allow these terms to be deviated from and Mr [redacted] I has $15,of our monies in his account in addition to his own 10,000$.Again Mr [redacted] is either not stable or he would not be making these allegations which I strongly refute and object to his defaming our company Unless Mr [redacted] retracts the slanderous accusations he leaves us with no choice but to face a lawsuit for slander and libel.Mr [redacted] has not introduced one piece of evidence on his behalf to support these accusations. We will no longer tolerate clients who at the first chance they get try to smear honest and legitimate companies I wonder if this was a tactic from one of our less successful competitors to gain market share from us.I could go on and one but have supported our position very adequately and hopefully this will be the last of this[redacted] ***Opeations

We do not tolerate the language of your client criminal advertising? If client wants a response he needs to go ahead and prove to us that it is criminal, or revise his clomplaintSlandering us is not going to solve anything

There is a 15% cancelation fee for verified account which clearly states on our website Client has not agreed to this

Here are all the details again..on May 5, 2015I opened an account with Citrades.com via the webUpon doing so I rightaway tried to cancel the transactionI was told they can't just cancel the transaction and they they would need full compliance form filled outI wasn't not comfortable with sharing this informationSo I went to my credit card to see if they could helpThey produced a chargeback to citrades which they denied because they want to me send all this information that I was not willingto shareEventually I realized there was nothing I could do and I would send all my information hoping that I would not have my identity stolen as a lot of information was required and I have already been a victim of fraud in the pastI have complied with all that they wanted but still have not received a refund in the amount of which was the charge to the my cardI have tried numerous times to get this resolved via email and it seems to have stalled.Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely, [redacted]

client accepted bonus which required certain trading requirements We GAVE your client 1500$ bonus We also wired to his bank account 1500$ on 10/22/as he requested We did this as courtesy even though he did not meet our withdrawal guidelines
Client is fully aware of our policies and requested that we stop trading his account Due to us giving him a cash bonus he has to continue trading until he meets the bonus requirements that he agreed toOther wise we cannot refund balance of his deposit as we cannot give people money as we generate revenue from trading not from giving free money to people

I was told they can't just cancel the transaction and they they would need full compliance form filled out. I wasn't not comfortable with sharing this information. So I went to my credit card to see if they could help. They produced a chargeback to citrades which they denied because they want to me send all this information that I was not willingto share. Eventually I realized there was nothing I could do and I would send all my information hoping that I would not have my identity stolen as a lot of information was required and I have already been a victim of fraud in the past. I have complied with all that they wanted but still have not received a refund in the amount of 250.00 which was the charge to the my card. I have tried numerous times to get this resolved via email and it seems to have stalled.Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely,[redacted]
