I recently received notice of the above complaint regarding mailings I sent to the administrator of an estate in Williamson County offering to purchase property from the estate. In response, I am more than happy to accommodate the complainant's request that he receive...

no further mailings from me.  To give a little background, I regularly purchase homes from estates. Often the properties are in poor condition and difficult to sell in the traditional way, and many families find my service to be a great option. I understand that people settling estates may be going through a difficult time, and therefore I try to be sensitive to their situation. I use publicly available information to send mail to the administrators of estates in Travis County and Williamson County. I send three letters approximately one month apart, the tone of which are very respectful and far from "harassing."
 The complainant mentions in his complaint that he tried to contact me and requested that I stop mailing him. I use an internet-based phone system which creates a log of the phone numbers that call me and transcribes any voicemails left by callers.  I immediately remove from my mailing list anyone who requests not to be contacted. Unfortunately I have no record of receiving a call from the number included in the complainant's complaint, nor do I have a record of any voicemail left my him.  However, the complainant has now been removed from my database and will receive no further mail from me.
