credit cardThe customer was given a day warrantyThe customer was well aware that the intake was burnt and was switched for his(well aware and ok'd by the customer to switch it)We sent the motor to a mechanic to do the workThe mechanic brought it back to us and we issued the customer with a new receiptDays and weeks later the customer stopped in to get other parts and was asked by us if he installed the engine yet? He kept saying he was going toWe reminded him that his day warranty was going to be up soon and if something was wrong with the engine we needed to know about it before the warranty was upThe customer called days after his warranty was up to say that the engine was badWe unfortunately can't help this customerAs far as the other accusations he's made about our company selling a bad engine to him with stolen parts that's insulting and ludicrousShould you have any questions please feel free to call us anytimeRespectfully, Citron's Used Auto Parts, IncPH/***

I am rejecting this response because:like citron stated in his response it was the 20th day when carlis contacted himWhich is still warranty period Citron lies when they say Carlos accepted to pay full rebuilt price for engine with his own parts *** took his engine to camp are the engines due to the fact that the first engine they sold him was the wrong one Citron had said it would fit and it didn't Which everything was still within warranty periodCan I send the recordings I have?

I am rejecting this response because: The part that I ordered is for a 2005. They sent me a part that only fits 2001-2003. Completely different. I ordered another from a vendor in New Jersey on the same day I received the wrong one from Citron's. I have received it already and it is correct. The part number on the part that citrons sold me proves that they sent the wrong part. These people at citrons are very rude and hard to deal with. The owner told me to get over it. Like I told him, this is not a warranty issue, they sent the wrong part. 2001-was analog, is digital, way different. Please look at reviews from other customers, Citron's is not a very customer friendly place. I have never been treated so badly. Please help, they took my money and are laughing about it. This seems criminal at the least.attached are pictures of the one they sent vs the one that I needed. As you can see from the pictures they are way different

I have recordings of the day I went in person the third time still within the days and was told it may be a different part I also have proof from citrons own mechanic That he was instructed by citron to switch the parts out on customer They ask customer to bring in old engine to compare it, instead citron had mechanic steal partsI have two witnesses and the mechanics recorded confession as well

customer called us times yesterday and we tried our best to explain to him our policy and that we indeed removed the part out of the correct vehicleOn our website we only showed to have on* *** *** *** ***His part did not come out of any other vehicle we only had one of these vehicles.The customer can insist all he wants that we sent him the incorrect part however, it came out of the vehicle he requested. Respectfully, Citrons' Used Auto Parts, Inc. ***
