customer called us 3 times yesterday and we tried our best to explain to him our policy and that we indeed removed the part out of the correct vehicle. On our website we only showed to have on[redacted]. His part did not come out of any other vehicle we only had one of these vehicles.The customer can insist all he wants that we sent him the incorrect part however, it came out of the vehicle he requested. Respectfully, Citrons' Used Auto Parts, Inc. [redacted]

I have recordings of  the day I went in person the third time still within the 30 days and was told it may be a different part.  I also have proof from citrons own mechanic.  That he was instructed by citron to switch the parts out on customer.  They ask customer to bring in old engine to compare it, instead citron had mechanic steal parts. I have two witnesses and the mechanics recorded confession as well

I am rejecting this response because:like citron stated in his response it was  the 20th day when carlis contacted him. Which is still warranty period.  Citron lies when they say Carlos accepted to pay full rebuilt price for engine with his own parts.  [redacted] took his engine to camp are the engines due to the fact that the first engine they sold him was the wrong one.  Citron had said it would fit and it didn't.  Which everything was still within warranty period. Can I send the recordings I have?

I am rejecting this response because: The part that I ordered is for a 2005.  They sent me a part that only fits 2001-2003.  Completely different.  I ordered another from a vendor in New Jersey on the same day I received the wrong one from Citron's.  I have received it already and it is correct.  The part number on the part that citrons sold me proves that they sent the wrong part.  These people at citrons are very rude and hard to deal with.  The owner told me to get over it.  Like I told him, this is not a warranty issue, they sent the wrong part.  2001-2003 was analog, 2005 is digital, way different.  Please look at reviews from other customers, Citron's is not a very customer friendly place.  I have never been treated so badly.  Please help, they took my money and are laughing about it.  This seems criminal at the least.attached are pictures of the one they sent vs the one that I needed.  As you can see from the pictures they are way different.
