Review: I went to this establishment to ship a package to my child. I asked for 2 day shipping and my 16 yr old was with me. He never said anything to me that my package would not go out will the next day. I asked for it to be delivered by Friday October 17th. I find out through Fed Ex that he shipped it three days and my child would not receive his package till next week where my child will no longer be at that address. The owner did not care, lied to me and will not give me a refund for my shipment that has no use for me and is sitting at a [redacted] store in Half Moon Bay, Ca as of today. I will have to pay double due to his incompetency and he was so interested in getting his haircut from the business next door instead of taking care of his customers properly.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund back of my $32.18 that I charged to my credit card.

My name is [redacted]. I am responding to an allegation that I didn't send a particular package on time. On the date in question, I told the lady that my [redacted] guys had previously picked up package's for that day. My shipping services would not be available until the next day. While explaining this to the lady, she realized that someone had used her credit/ debit card fraudulently & she lost track of the fact that I relayed to her my services would not ve available until the next following day. From there the package was sent out.
