Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this is never going to be resolved as satisfactoryremove the reviewI just wont do business here! Screw them!

I am rejecting this response because: Initial document that I signed with Tire company was not given to meTire shop owner refused to give me a copyHe said all copies of everything will be mailed to meI want a copy of my receiptI signed a carbon copy receipt that he hand wrote the tire price onWhy was I refused that and am still being refused that? Tire company did not go over any terms with me that were actual terms once loan info came in the mailI did not sign any documents with leasing company AT ALLLeasing company sent me documents that were docu- signed (That I did not sign) My signature is no where on the forms! Tire shop misinformed me of finance charges for tires and refused me a receiptWhy wont tire shop owner provide me a receipt that I signed? the receipt that I signed stated I was paying per tire x tires and mentioned finance charge would be $for financing and payments would be around a monthThat was not the case AT ALLMy total amount owed should have been $That is not the case at allThis has put me in a financial hardshipI am now paying for three months straight to pay it off so I will only owe $Shop owner should not be lying to customers or refusing them a receipt after signingI want a copy of the carbon copy receipt I initially signedI also paid an initial fee to start the loan so it is almost costing me close to for new tires that I was told were going to be each x = Lease Documents are attachedI was lied to and denied a receipt after signing

I am rejecting this response because:First of all the vehicle was not driven on a flat tireit was a very slow leak and never went completely flat and was noticed very low the next morning and then re-inflated and was able to drive the minutes to Citrus heights tirealso The verbal confirmation that I had with owner on the day of the original new tire installation was about the tire monitoring sensor issue on my dash warning system and he verbally told me to just drive it around and it will go away, which it never did so he is lying and my wife is a witness and also when the sensor was shown to me during the tire replacement on March 3rd 2017, I spoke once again to the same owner about the tire monitor sensor and that this is the reason why it did not work since that day and after his worker installed the tires back in July, 3rd So yes he does have knowledge of me telling him about the tire monitor sensor not working after installationand now he says there was no conversation or remembers it? But when the tire serviceman showed me the broken tire sensor monitor on March 3rd and I again had a conversation with the owner, about the tire sensor not working after the original set of new tires were installed he agreed and told me to go buy a sensor and they would install it for free and when I asked if he would cover the cost he said no problem we will take care of it for you for freeSo he is lyingAnd I stand by my complaint that his tire store broke my sensor when installing the set of new tires on July 3rd, as the tire monitor sensor system never worked after that day

They customer brought in wheels that were very old and corroded, we explained and showed to the customer prior to installing the tires that the wheels may leak due do the condition of the very old wheelsHe was fully aware and told us to go ahead and install the tires anywayHe came back
later asking us to clean and fix the wheels, this is not a service we provide

When repairing a tire, the sensor is not touchedAs customer mentioned, tire pressure light was already on before she came inAs I explained to the customer, if the light was already on, and is still on after the tire is repaired, there is probably something wrong with the sensor, we do not sell,
replace or fix TPMS sensors here

Customer signed the lease with progressive leasing company..what ever interest or payment they charge it's between customer and them...we don't charge interest or ...we only charge the original amount ....leasing company charges is between customer and leasing company..she had a contract with them

Customer signed the contract with leasing company progressive so she can call them and ask the payment option and request the receiptUsually *** send the whole paper work to the lessee...is she didn't get anything she can call them...thank u

Business response:Customer came in a few weeks ago with a flat tire, upon removing the tire, we saw the broken sensor and told the customer about it. When you drive on a completely flat tire, it can cause the sensor to break, customer is stating that the tire shop broke the sensor back in July 2016....

Neither the customer, or the shop, has any record of the customer notifying us in 2016 about a broken sensor, or us offering to replace and install it for free. The sensor was not broken by the tire shop.

I am rejecting this response because:First of all the vehicle was not driven on a flat tire. it was a very slow leak and never went completely flat and was noticed very low the next morning and then re-inflated and was able to drive the 15 minutes to Citrus heights tire. also The verbal confirmation that I had with owner on the day of the original new tire installation was about the tire monitoring sensor issue on my dash warning system and he verbally told me to just drive it around and it will go away, which it never did so he is lying and my wife is a witness and also when the sensor was shown to me during the tire replacement on March 3rd 2017, I spoke once again to the same owner about the tire monitor sensor and that this is the reason why it did not work since that day and after his worker installed the tires back in July, 3rd 2016.  So yes he does have knowledge of me telling him about the tire monitor sensor not working after installation. and now he says there was no conversation or remembers it? But when the tire serviceman showed me the broken tire sensor monitor on March 3rd 2017 and I again had a conversation with the owner, about the tire sensor not working after the original set of new tires were installed he agreed and told me to go buy a sensor and they would install it for free and when I asked if he would cover the cost he said no problem we will take care of it for you for free. So he is lying. And I stand by my complaint that his tire store broke my sensor when installing the set of new tires on July 3rd, 2016. as the tire monitor sensor system never worked after that day.

I am rejecting this response because:...

Initial document that I signed with Tire company was not given to me. Tire shop owner refused to give me a copy. He said all copies of everything will be mailed to me. I want a copy of my receipt. I signed a carbon copy receipt that he hand wrote the tire price on. Why was I refused that and am still being refused that? Tire company did not go over any terms with me that were actual terms once loan info came in the mail. I did not sign any documents with leasing company AT ALL. Leasing company sent me documents that were docu- signed (That I did not sign) My signature is no where on the forms! Tire shop misinformed me of finance charges for tires and refused me a receipt. Why wont tire shop owner provide me a receipt that I signed? the receipt that I signed stated I was paying 120.00 per tire x 4 tires and mentioned finance charge would be $100.00 for financing and payments would be around 52.00 a month. That was not the case AT ALL. My total amount owed should have been $580.00. That is not the case at all. This has put me in a financial hardship. I am now paying 211.00 for three months straight to pay it off so I will only owe $633.00. Shop owner should not be lying to customers or refusing them a receipt after signing. I want a copy of the carbon copy receipt I initially signed. I also paid an initial fee to start the loan so it is almost costing me close to 700.00 for 4 new tires that I was told were going to be 120.00 each x 4 = 480.00. Lease Documents are attached. I was lied to and denied a receipt after signing.
