Review of “Anaheim Auto Finance”:
This has definitely been the worse car buying experience of my life!! Anaheim Auto Finance is the worst auto dealership I have ever dealt with in years of car buyingI should have trusted my instincts on this oneWhen I started searching for a vehicle, I came across Anaheim Auto Finance in Auto Trader on lineI inquired about a Dodge Challenger that looked nice in the adThey responded by emailThrough the entire process, I corresponded with a sales person named Evelyn EdwardsShe sent information on the vehicle, which I later found to be lackingIn the past, I have always taken a car to a mechanic to be looked over closelyThis has always served me wellWhen I asked her if I could take the vehicle to a mechanic of my choice to be evaluated, she told me that this was against the dealership’s policyThat should have been a red flag for me!
In spite of this, I drove three hours with a friend to look at this vehicleI drove it briefly but didn’t see many of the issues during the test drive that I would later have to repair out of my pocketI asked about any accidents the car had been in and Evelyn produced a report that had no mention of accidentsI had not done a Car Fax, which I should haveShe told me that everything on the car had a 30-day warrantyThis gave me some comfort and confidence in the dealership
When I decided to purchase, Evelyn ran up the paperwork and there was no mention of the 30-day warranty When I asked her about this, she then told me that this was a “Verbal” agreement between the dealer and the customerI can tell you now that this was an absolute untruthOn the way back home from the dealership, I noticed that the blinkers were malfunctioning and the automatic door locking system was not functionalThere were also two other consoles in the interior that were broken that I had not noticed on the minute test drive I had done in the darkIn total, the charges came to about $I have never seen a penny of the repair charges despite repeated contacts via email and texts to EvelynI also had not received my license plates and registration on the carI purchased the car in October and still had not received the DMV materials that I had paid $on purchase for by January The dealership technically has days to get them to youI finally had to go to the DMV again a week ago and get the materials at that time(February 2017)There had been a payment a few weeks prior to DMV by the dealership but in spite of that, none of the materials had been mailed to me by the dealershipThis was one of the many things about this transaction that kept me up nightsThey never seemed to follow through on anythingAt one point, Evelyn just stopped contacting me back completelyI tried calling the dealership directly but the phone is never answered and there is no answering machine or voice mail, not that they would get back with you anyway even if there was
Overall, I should have trusted my guts on this oneI later ran a car fax on the vehicle and found that it had been in four separate accidents before I purchased the carThis had not been disclosed to me during the sale even when I askedCome to find out, the car had been purchased at an auction by Anaheim Auto Finance and resold to meGo figure
Just in case none of this convinces you, the dealership is very unkempt and the bathroom is completely grossThere is no working phone in the dealership and no one ever answers it even when you try the listed numberWhen we got to the dealership, there was a sign on the bathroom door that said “Out of order”Evelyn told me,”it was ok to use it, they had the sign there to keep the transients and people from the bus station from using the bathroom”
If you value your money and want a reasonable deal, go right past Anaheim Auto Finance! They are as dishonest and fraudulent as they comeThey are truly the stereotype of a crooked dealershipIt won’t be worth the price no matter how good it seemsTrust me on that!! I know first-hand!! As I first said, “This has definitely been the worse car buying experience of my life!!” You got me this time, but never again Rick Staley

Auto fraud also known as scam
I purchased a car from Bob Richards Nissan April 14, Signed all paperworkI was given my payment amount of $dollars a month due in the 29th of every month under a month lease agreement.Left with the car with the understanding all paper work was completed and I was approvedNo grey area anywhereI was congratulated and told to bring the car back in a year for a trade in if I so desiredHowever on May 23, I was told to bring the car back because the deal had fell through with the bank.Confused and upset, I told the salesman over my account that I don't believe this is fair because they were fully aware of my previous credit issues including a charge off but assured me everything would work outToday is March 26th and I'm leaving in a few minutes to return the vehicle & meet with them in hopes of finding out how was I approved and then denied creditFurthermore I wonder will I even receive my full down payment for the vehicle in

After feeling asthough I was kinda rushed/forced into purchasing this vehicle after telling the sales rep *** *** that I needed a vehicle right away and that I needed to stay under a certain amount for a purchase I was ok with the payment amount and even purchased the GAP insurance as well as the extended warranty from the dealershipHowever, after leaving and realizing there were a few problems with the car such as the trunk issues, key remote problems, brakes, and rotors were having problems I was told by *** *** to bring the car back in on 4/15/which my wife *** *** did indeed take the car and have it servicedWe feel that these issues should have been taken care of before the car lot even sold us the car or put it on the car lot for any customer to purchase for that matterWe are not totally unhappy therefore on Monday 4/18/my w

Went to the dealership about a vehicle internet price and the dealership said it was a misprint
We went to Nissan of Augusta because of the Internet price of $29, on a Nissan PathfinderThe dealership was called and the representative verified the price and stated that the vehicle was there When we got to the dealership, the dealership said it was a misprint and we informed them it was bait and switch, which was illegalThen we were instructed to go to their other company, Bob Richards NissanBuyers orders were sent to the lender on two different occasions and the last final buyers order was sent with tradeLender cut the check and writer went to dealership once again to buy the vehicleThe dealership wanted to remove the Nissan loyalty discount of $2,because the address on the registration does not match the physical addressTherefore, they did not want to honor the price that was sent to the lenderThere was not anything on the buyers order that said the amo

Bob Richards is unwilling to fix an issue that should have been fixed with initial repair
Unfortunately, once again I am disappointed with the level of service provided by Bob Richard's Nissan in Beech Island, SCApril I took our *** *** into the dealership because the car was displaying problems with the transmissionIt was concluded that the transmission was defective and was replaced at no charge because their was a recall on the transmission. Here we are again a little over two years later having issues with the transmission againOn Monday, June I noticed while driving on the interstate at approximately 70mph that the car was decelerating although I had my foot on the gas pedalThe car would not accelerate past miles per hourIn an effort to avoid an accident I got off at the next exit and decided to take side roads home where I would be traveling at a lower speedThat same evening I made an appointment with Bob Richards service department for Wednes
