Prices are always different each visit, you get a feeling as if someone is traying to swindle you rather than care for your pet. Staff turn over is very high. I'm sad to say, I stayed way too long. After going to another Vet, I see what my pet has been missing and what she deserves.

Sent my daughter in with our beloved dog for a cbc that the vet demanded be done prior to examining our dog. We provided a cbc that was done 3 months prior only to have the vet run blood work that we did not approve at extremely inflated costs. The vet made an attempt to max out my daughter's credit card and ran it 4 times until they saw they could only get 55$ off if it because a block I had placed. This is the most unethical behavior I have ever seen. I tell all beware.

I have 13 year old dog (no purebred or show dog, but which I care about very much) I have given them many chances & kept going back. I do not know why I kept going back! I, like so many other people whose reviews I have read, kept getting sucked into multiple (unnecessary?) procedures & the classic "teeth cleaning" and have been bargained with when it came to price. Always recommending something more every time I go in & always the sliding pricing to shave off $5-$10 dollars from the original inflated price if I agree on another procedure. When my dog had a simple UTI, they told me she needed more than just the Rx, but additional expensive tests. When I refused, they presented me with a receipt & on it marked all the testing they recommended with "customer refused" to try to scare me into allowing them to do the extra testing. Well, this is THEE last time I go there! I was told that my dog would be able to get heartworm testing every OTHER year (instead of annually) if I put her on their over-priced meds (verified with 1800petmeds & CA pet pharmacy) year round, so at last appointment, I bought as many as I could afford & they agreed I could go back for more when supply ran out. I called on Wednesday & was told they would be there until 6:00 & have 6 month supply for $50 for me to pick up. I changed an appointment & had to ride bus & car to get there on time. I got there 5:30 & door locked! I made another plan to pick up Rx med's on Friday. I called at 2:30 on Friday to MAKE SURE they would be there & have med's ready; they apologized & told me yes. Moments later, call was returned & I was told they suddenly would NOT sell me the med's unless I buy another test because they suddenly realized that they got an email from the manufacturer that said dogs must now be tested EVERY YEAR or they can not get the Rx. They bartered with me to get the test & then they would give me ONE pill for $55, then I could come back next time to GIVE THEM MORE MONEY to buy more pills! I WILL NEVER GO BACK & I WILL TELL EVERYONE I MEET TO N-E-V-E-R GO THERE ! ! !
