Customer does not understand their is basic charges for service call and labour,our basic charge is $service call and $for 1/hour.that is $plus get for basic charges.then recharging valve to charge the free on which is $then free
on $also we adjusted the balancing rods for washer and then we check the dishwasher,total labour for three appliance $100***

We did ask the customer we can come and look at it,but if your belt broke with heavy load,we can not be responsible,you have choice you can call other service company,if it's our fault when we change the element,we will refund you,we also call the customer we can come and look at it but they remove
the dry away from the outlet,we could not check it out,let some other company to take a look at it if they say the elements fault *** *** *** we will refund

I am rejecting this response because:I never said that the element that was replaced was faulty.  I'm saying that the reassembling of the dryer after the element was replaced wasn't accurate and that caused the belt to slip or break.  Also the dryer was not moved more than a few feet from where it originally was, so the assumption that it could not be plugged in and tested was a wrong assumption.  The dryer doesn't turn and caused the inner tumblers to melt.  This is not acceptable.

Yes we did service their washer machine which was not draining,the water pump was clough with hair pins and money.when they called after two weeks I told them we did not change any parts all we did clean the pump.if it is clung again we will...

charge you if not then we will change the pump and charge for the pump and labour.they have that machine in downtown it's hard to find parking,last time we charge for $75service call and one hour labour $125,if your pump keep coughing with hair pin the you are have to pay to get it done,no warranty on coughing the pump

-As stated we had City Appliance come out and repair a washer that was not draining.
-As the repair stated he found hairpins and coins in the pump. He handed me 2 parts of one hairpin and I saw no coins..
-On first use of the machine after he repaired it, the machine made the same noise as before he repaired it and on second use it would not drain, just as before it was so called, repaired.
-We called City Appliance and they told me to check the pump. I could not see anything and again called City Appliance. He said that if there was something in there we would be responsible for it. I questioned the '30 day labor warranty' on the bill. Speaking with him, I understood that regardless of the problem, we would be paying a second time.
-He was not being agreeable and told us to get someone else to come out and fix it.
-We did as he suggested and got a second repair man to come out, who identified and rectified the problem almost immediately. The problem was a sock between the basket and the tub, of which I am certain was the original problem. There was no need to replace the pump.
-I do not consider this to be satisfactory and adequate service.
-With the personnel of City Appliance being rude and not providing satisfactory service, we will not be patronizing or recommending this business.
