our central heating system went down on 12/31/and we called O-H since they have serviced the Trane heating system in the past...they analyzed the heating problem as a defective blower heat exchange motor...we have been without central heating ever since, days now without furnace heat and the in-house temperature rovers around degrees the entire days...we have placed calls to O-H asking for service updates and they said that due to the year-end holiday all parts stores for our dysfunctional blower exchange motor were closed...yesterday, 1/3/2017, after we called O-H again they informed us that a blower motor was located in Columbus but that we would have to wait another day for the part to be sent to Toledo...we called again today, Wednesday, asking for another update and we were met with a rude response from the service departmentfull days now without heat and O-H does not appear to be too concerned about our comfort or their customer service reputation...still no call from O-H informing us when we can expect to get the central heating system functioning again...a really sad display of customer care and service

OH did a complete furnace and A/C replacement for me in early April, Everything in the entire process was 1st class and highly responsive and respectful The first indication was the excellent proposal format presented by the contact personIt was far superior to the other bidders' proposalsThe OH proposal was detailed, gave model numbers, technical specifics, tax info, alternates, the entire package.....everything I needed to make the decisionThat's very important to me as a matter of trustWhile I'm sure the other bidders included many of the same aspects of work, it just wasn't presented in such a clear mannerAs a result of the excellent proposal, I went with the highest level package Second was the contact person himselfHe was highly responsiveHe got back to me almost at once every time I contacted himThat included at 6:in the morning on installation dayHe also promised, right from the start, to be able to do the work immediatelyOne of the other bidders was foggy on this, but he made the commitment and stuck to itThat level of responsiveness made a difference in my decisionHe was also very savvy as a technical expert, another big plusHe could answer all my questions right then and thereThat gives the potential customer a real sense of "peace of mind" Lastly, the installers were great ambassadors for the companyThey referenced what a great organization OH is, how much they enjoyed working there, how good the Trane products were, etcThe best part is that you could tell they sincerely meant itYou don't see that a lot anymoreIt's very impressive, and refreshing to the customerI also offered the guys coffee or a soda a number of times, but they wouldn't take a breakThey said they wanted to be sure to get the work done so I could have heat that dayThat's putting the customer first I've certainly learned OH is a class organization that the customer can trustThe OH people make it so

OH did a complete furnace and A/C replacement for me in early April, 2016.

Everything in the entire process was 1st class and highly responsive and respectful.

The first indication was the excellent proposal format presented by the contact person. It was far superior to the other bidders' proposals. The OH proposal was detailed, gave model numbers, technical specifics, tax info, alternates, the entire package.....everything I needed to make the decision. That's very important to me as a matter of trust. While I'm sure the other bidders included many of the same aspects of work, it just wasn't presented in such a clear manner. As a result of the excellent proposal, I went with the highest level package.

Second was the contact person himself. He was highly responsive. He got back to me almost at once every time I contacted him. That included at 6:30 in the morning on installation day. He also promised, right from the start, to be able to do the work immediately. One of the other bidders was foggy on this, but he made the commitment and stuck to it. That level of responsiveness made a difference in my decision. He was also very savvy as a technical expert, another big plus. He could answer all my questions right then and there. That gives the potential customer a real sense of "peace of mind".

Lastly, the installers were great ambassadors for the company. They referenced what a great organization OH is, how much they enjoyed working there, how good the Trane products were, etc. The best part is that you could tell they sincerely meant it. You don't see that a lot anymore. It's very impressive, and refreshing to the customer. I also offered the guys coffee or a soda a number of times, but they wouldn't take a break. They said they wanted to be sure to get the work done so I could have heat that day. That's putting the customer first.

I've certainly learned OH is a class organization that the customer can trust. The OH people make it so.

In March I contacted Overcashier & Horst regarding a heating and cooling issue I have experienced in my great room since the home was built. I have struggled to cool it in the summer and heat it in the winter. [redacted] came out to the house and thoroughly examined the great room and duct work. He recommended increasing one of the two existing duct runs from 6" to 7" and adding a third run from the furnace to a new duct in the great room.

I cannot express enough how happy I am with this enhancement. I have already noticed the improvement in comfort in the great room. I no longer have to over cool the rest of the house to adequately cool the great room. What a dramatic improvement.

I was equally impressed with your installer who took all the necessary steps to protect surrounding areas from debris and how meticulous he was about his work. Both [redacted] and the installer are a testament of the trouble shooting skills and high quality work performed by Overcashier & Horst!

our central heating system went down on 12/31/2016 and we called O-H since they have serviced the Trane heating system in the past...they analyzed the heating problem as a defective blower heat exchange motor...we have been without central heating ever since, 5 days now without furnace heat and the in-house temperature rovers around 55 degrees the entire 5 days...we have placed calls to O-H asking for service updates and they said that due to the year-end holiday all parts stores for our dysfunctional blower exchange motor were closed...yesterday, 1/3/2017, after we called O-H again they informed us that a blower motor was located in Columbus but that we would have to wait another day for the part to be sent to Toledo...we called again today, Wednesday, asking for another update and we were met with a rude response from the service department...5 full days now without heat and O-H does not appear to be too concerned about our comfort or their customer service reputation...still no call from O-H informing us when we can expect to get the central heating system functioning again...a really sad display of customer care and service.
