I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , the check was sent months late, but did eventually arrive and they are looking into what happened that took it so long to be sentI find the resolution is satisfactory to me

We have responded to the guest via USPSWhile we did not have enough information to refund the order, we did send a "This One's On Me" card to replace the meal as well as a message with direct contact information should she have any additional questions or comments
