Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: when it was discovered that the Dropbox would not work for the intended purpose, the agent at City Bark said that I would get a full refund, period! I have provided statements from two different cashiers stating that box was delivered and picked up the $was delivery and pickup chargeHe would of never been told he would of been refunded total amount the only one who has the authority to tell him is myself and I never spoke with Mr [redacted] We have to be able to recover our cost of delivery and pick up it the rules

He would of never been told he would of been refunded total amount the only one who has the authority to tell him is myself and I never spoke with Mr. [redacted]. I have attached the response from the cashiers that dealt with Mr.[redacted]. I have not talked to him personally. But our cashiers have been trained on what the rules are on our drop boxes, we our a recycling company not a garbage company.  The box was delivered and picked up that was what the...

$200 charge was for. Since there was no contents he was refunded the $320.00 but the $200.00 was for delivery and pick up which we did both.
