Marcelo J, De L, Owner of M & L PAINTER FLORIDA LLC DBA AS City Beautiful Painter, LLC, stolen paint sprayer machine from my home.
Marcello D L stolen paint sprayer from my home. His work ethics are horrible, pathetic and he didn't even finish anything as per the contract. Marcello always over promised and under delivered. Marcello never paid attention to smaller details and does a crappy job. His crew also wasted emerald paint by applying wrong paint to living room and Marcello never takes responsibility for his mistakes. I request everyone not to listen his sugar coated messages and his work is terrible.

I have purchased the sprayer machine in Home Depot as I couldn't able to find any professional painting companies to do the work during this pandemic time. Marcelo owned a company (M&L Painter Florida LLC DBA as City Beautiful Painter).

Marcelo doesn't have a painting machine to spray the paint and started using the machine that I have purchased and eventually stolen it. He entered into my home and stolen paint sprayer saying that he owns that machine to other workers.

Please don't let this guy enter into your home's unattended. He took $900 and $1800 for painting contract and did the horrible job. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY.

He never came to work on time. He does multiple jobs with less workers and always delay the work.

Marcello took the check from me every week and doesn't pay his workers on time and force us to write the check directly to his painters. I want everyone to stay away from this you and his company.

His DRYWALL work is terrible and he couldn't make the drop ceiling in the corners straight. When I ask him to get it fixed, he asked me to hire someone to get it done and deduct from his painting contract which shows his work ethics.

Never hire him for :

1. Dry wall work
2. Finishing wood work
3. Wood Sanding

Marcelo and his crew can pray the paint using the machine and never provides the quality work and they wasted my paint 3 times to perform the quality work on living room accent wall.

This guy asking for more money saying that he doesn't have money to eat food and always comes up with beautiful stories to make you pay more without him doing / finishing the work. Once again, I have burnt my hands by paying this guy and I request you to be extremely careful with this guy.

NEVER pay him advance or don't allow anyone from his crew in your home unattended.

I used "M&L Painter Services LLC" last year after the hurricane. They have very reasonable prices by far comparing with others. What impressed me the most is the level of professionalism and friendly service from the owner Marcello Delima to every employee worked in the project. The estimate included very detail projected items to be done. And "M&L Painter Services LLC" delivered excellent service as promised with a head of schedule. Many thanks for awesome and friendly service. I have recommended "M&L Painter Services LLC" for family and friends already since then.
