The lady they have on the floor working with me was not persuasive at all. instead, she was trying to force her choice of wear on me by demanding that I take this outfit and snatched an outfit out of my hand and tried to force me to put on her outfit, and told me no

I was angry because that was not okay however I stated while in the process that I was not interested in the clothing choice she chose and she still kept taking the clothing out of my hand and pushing the outfit she had in her hand in my face and hitting my arm at that telling me no.

Very very unprofessional and rude. And disrespectful. I demand that consequences be met and that she get spoken to because she was not doing her job correctly at all

Or manager instantly harass my boyfriend as entering the fitting roomMe and my partner would been shopping all day and we decided to go and city blue to buy a shirt and a pair pants for him so he was entering the fitting room and the store manager was about to years old a African man Rent out the back of the store but did not see me standing there and was peeking over The door which was an invasion of privacy my yelling at him because he had his Nike duffel bag that he takes with him everywhere with him and I addressed the man I told him he was being too aggressive and said it real disrespectful and rude that we were not going to steal all because we had a duffel bag he still was very rude after I asked him to calm and told him he approached us incorrectly about it then proceeded to tell us to get out his store that he did not want us in his door and he did not want our money for our sale and I told him I did not want to spend my money there no more and that we could not buy nothing and that I work in the mall and I know the policy of the mall and us checking in our bags is not the policy of any of the stores but he continued to yell and told us to leave not knowing that that is not the mall possible to store policy and I know the rules of mall
