Review: I received eyelash extensions when the facility was obviously unskilled in this department. Firstly they used clusters and a rank black glue that the business repeatedly dipped and double-dipped the clusters in from the bottle. I was told the lashes would last 10 days or more. By the end of the day 3 clusters had already fallen out. By the next morning I had a total of 7 clusters which had fallen out. I went back to the salon and asked for a credit or refund because this service was unacceptable. I was told no and the woman behind the register had no idea why mine had fallen out. Useless. The woman who installed my lashes never washed her hands between clients. NEVER go here.Desired Settlement: A refund of the $34 I paid for a service I didn't receive.
