(see email below) in color onlyI removed the colors and added others she replied she liked itthem the Mother of the customer emailed and called saying she was not happy could I change itShe offered to pay for a new bouquet I told her I would resell the item and when I did would remake anotherI told her I would email her when sold and order new supplies. I love the bouquet except the purple! Is there any way to chance the purple flowers to a brown please ***
I have attached several email threads with notes along with a picture of what was emailed to the company on what we wanted the flowers to look like (the picture of the bride holding them). As you can see, the picture she sent does not resemble anything like what was requested. We did discuss that I made an error when I requested cascade when I placed the order, but that was quickly corrected via email. Ms K[redacted] also stated that she would change it to what we sent her (picture) and that I could just buy the incorrect bouquet if it didn't sell, but she never contacted me. she even stated via email that she would start the correct bouquets at that time. At no time did she state the entire order was done incorrectly and that she would need to redo everything. As you can see in the emails several attempts were made inquiring about the status of the order and she only stated it was fine but she was on vacation. Also, she said in her response that she applied store credit which is untrue. She stated that she "deserved to be paid", which I agree if she had done the work and delivered the order. That is why I agreed to pay for the incorrect bouquet in the amount of $45 if it didn't sell. After numerous attempts to contact her via telephone and email with no response we did cancel the order since we had to get the flowers completed and if was apparent that she wasn't going to complete the order. Also, I paid for a 21 piece flower bouquet package and all she completed was the brides bouquet....just 1 not 21, which we didn't even receive that one. Please see attached documents
