Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:First off, I also have all my emailsPlease provide the email showing were you stated that I was only getting half the room .Second, I have attached a picture I took that day(deposit day) of the roomTHERE WAS NO LONG TABLE SET UPThe entire room was set up for ONE PARTY.Third, you took the bill from to I have the slip and receiptI see now the kind of business person you areI forwarded your emails to another party and they understood the same thing I did, so I'm not the only one that had the impression of me paying for people and getting a private roomIve already taken care of providing pictures, reciepts , & emails and will be taking care of this Regards, [redacted]

Let me make something very clearI was never given a contractI booked a private roomI offered to pay for people which is the minimum I was told in order to have the menu I selected.why don't you ask the owner of the restaurant to provide you with any email whatsoever stating that it wasn't a private room.I can tell you right now that he won't be able to do itAsk yourself this questionIf you're booking a room for people and the owner tells you that the menu is only for or more, And if you don't have , he's going to put another party in the room along with you , wouldn't you just pay for the , so you can secure the private room.Min the picture I sent earlier you'll notice that the tables are set up two rows of three tables .he stated in his report that when I went in there was one long table and he said that that was what I was going to getIt's very simple to see that he's just worried about money.Ask him to provide you with any email either stating that I was getting a private room or sharing a roomHe won't be able to because knows the truth.Its clear that I will have to handle this issue through other means so please disregard my complaint

to send a complain for something that did not occur as the complainer states. First, when I was contacted by this person, always by email, ( I have all the emails since the first day), he requested a menu for a party of 18 people and choosing a buffet/family style menu, I have told him...

that we do not serve a buffet/ family style menu unless there are over 25 people, he emailed back saying he could not guarantee 25 people but would pay for 25 if the family style menu was served. We agreed on that , he came by and made a deposit for the event, that day he saw the room where the event would take place. A long table was set for another event and I told him that would be the same set up, he agreed, at any time it was mentioned that the room would be only for his event alone, if he have told me that he wanted the room to himself I would tell him no, because on Saturday, which is my busiest day I use that room for our regular guests, and we had a birthday party that same day . He have mentioned that he had other places that could not give him a private room and if it was so important to him to have a private room, why it was never mentioned to me that request?  Time came to pay the bill, I asked if all went well, he said yes, I rounded his bill less $96.00 , not by his request but as to make a round number. He states that the price should have been adjusted, well it was, I deduct that amount and I did not charged him an additional item which was roasted beef requested by him. I do not feel that we failed serving this costumer, I been in this business for 30 years and its the first time that I have such a complaint. Thank you.         P.S Emails between the 2 parties are available to back up my response.

I offered to pay for 25 people which is the minimum I was told in order to have the menu I selected.why don't you ask the owner of the restaurant to provide you with any email whatsoever stating that it wasn't a private room.I can tell you right now that he won't be able to do it. Ask yourself this question. If you're booking a room for 18 people and the owner tells you that the menu is only for 25 or more, And if you don't have 25 , he's going to put another party in the room along with you ,  wouldn't you just pay for the 25 , so you can  secure the private room.Min the picture I sent earlier you'll notice that the tables are set up two rows of three tables .he stated in his report that when I went in there was one long table and he said that that was what I was going to get.
