Do not under any circumstances go to this movie theater! Trust me! The manager and general manager [redacted] and [redacted] are absolute liars and extremely disrespectful! I will never come back to this movie theater ever again Someone in my family used a free movie pass to get into the theater earlier in the day-when I arrived with the exact same pass later in the evening I was denied entry although my family member was promised by Guzman and Flynn the pass was finePlease do not support this theater and their rude staff and horrible management Both of these men should be immediately fired They just lost customers for life because of their flip flop policies It has been weeks since I contacted the corporate office regarding my complaint and I have still yet to hear back from them!

Someone in my family used a free movie pass to get into the theater earlier in the day-when I arrived with the exact same pass later in the evening I was denied entry although my family member was promised by Guzman and Flynn the pass was fine. Please do not support this theater and their rude staff and horrible management. Both of these men should be immediately fired. They just lost 3 customers for life because of their flip flop policies.
It has been 2 weeks since I contacted the corporate office regarding my complaint and I have still yet to hear back from them!

Review: Went to concession stand to buy large popcorn and children's Go Box. I asked for the price of the Go Box. I was told it was 5.75. The large popcorn was 8.25 minus $3 for parking. I expected my total charge to be $11.00. After handing my [redacted] rewards card, I experienced an extended delay. After several minutes, I was told that the [redacted] computer system was down. I handed my credit card for payment. I experience another extended delay. After several more minutes, I was told that the credit card system was down but that the transaction "went through." I was told that a receipt for my purchase was not available. Because I was already late for my movie by at least five minutes, I left the cash register with my concessions. I entered the theatre. The movie had already started. I had no idea how much of the movie that I missed. After the movie, I logged into my credit card app to see how much was authorized to my credit card. I noticed that $17.00 was authorized to my credit card, not the $11.00 which was expected. I proceeded to the customer service desk. I asked to speak to a [redacted]. I was informed that a [redacted] was not available at the moment. I was then informed that an [redacted] was working at concessions. I was informed that I could wait on line to speak to the assistant [redacted]. I informed the clerk at the customer service desk that I preferred to wait for a [redacted] at the service desk. After about 10 minutes, a [redacted] arrived. I explained the earlier ordeal with the delay and not being provided a receipt. I was told that I could get $3 back for my parking reimbursement. My other complaints of missing the beginning of the movie, being told that the Go box was a lower price and not being provided a receipt were ignored by the [redacted]. After several minutes of discussion with the female [redacted], a male took over the conversation. I explained the situation to the male. We went back and forth for 20 minutes. He declined to provide anything.Desired Settlement: A refund of $38.00 for the movie tickets that I purchased or 4 passes to a future show.
