We bought a swimming pool from and individual that was a aloha pool brandWe set it up ourselves and damaged the liner, so I called aloha and ordered a new linerWhen they came to put it in we asked if they could level the ground a little better and they said yesWhen they came to install the liner, we have a portable carport and their truck was to tall and they hit and bent the carportWe had had the carport about a year and they said they would fix itThey took it down and welded it together and it wasn't levelI told them that would not work and to replace itIn the meantime they worked on the pool and the liner had several wrinklesThe man that was working on the carport, from aloha pools said himself the it was a " [redacted] job"This went on for months, I would call and talk to the owner or manager and they said they would tell the next personI waited for a long time before I started to get fed up with the stallingMy husband had already been ugly with them when they trie

We were looking for the right company to build our dream poolSpeaking with a lot of companies in the area, once we met with Tiffany, we knew they were the oneShe assured us that she'd be there every step along the way and how conscientious her crew is and how they'd go out of their way to communicate with usAll I can say is even with my high expectations, they surpassed them all - effortlesslyWe now have a pool that looks like it came straight out of a magazine! If you're looking for a pool, I can't recommend the Aloha in Paducah, Ky enough!

I have used aloha pools and spas for all my pool needsThey are reliable, trust worth and prompt! I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a spa, build a pool or just needing maintence

Within a few months of installing our pool, the concrete deck around it has broken in two spots and subsided considerably lower than the adjacent concrete creating a tripping hazard as well as simply looking like a poor jobAdditionally, where the subsidence of the concrete occurred, chunks broke out of the crack leaving divots as well as cracking that has occurred outside of the control joints, especially around the filter intake lids
After I sent them pictures of the cracks and subsidence they have said they will come to look at it but never have, and keep promising they will do something about it in a few weeks which never happensThey have attempted to blame it on coal mining (there is no active mining under us), told me it was the concrete subcontractor's fault, and even tried to indicate that this is concrete cracking, which it obviously is not
The last straw was telling me their concrete guy would take a look at it and see what he could do with it which was seve
