Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Their response is not exactly the truth When I found they charged my credit card for the March parking even though my account was canceled, I called them on March 3rd to have the charges reversed I was told that would happen and I waited a few days to check No refund I called them City Center Parking back and was told that it was on someone's desk for approval and they have "thousands of customers so it would take some time" That was essentially what I was told the week of March 7th multiple times I called again on March 14th asking for where my refund is and was told that my refund was finally approved on March 11th I called again on March 17th to ask where my refund was and was told it was just submitted on the 15th Today is March 21st and the money is still not refunded This is not legitimate processing time or banking time, this is City Center parking customer service and management issues When you get a refund from any department store, it takes at most several days They have had my money for three weeks now and I still do not have a clear path to trusting my money will be refunded This is unethical business practice My money should have been refunded immediately as they no longer had authorization to charge my credit card as my account had been canceled Sincerely, [redacted]
