Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The business has indicated that it has issued the refund, and I know it will take a week or so for the credit to show up on my credit card, so I am satisfied with that partHowever, the other issue has not yet been resolved as I still cannot gain access to my online account, and that problem was what started this whole thing in the first placeSo, the business has indicated that it will address this, but as yet, it has not been resolvedWe are still working on it Sincerely, [redacted]

With regard to this complaint, [redacted] was contacted on May 10, by our Senior Operations Manager ScottB***In their discussion MrB [redacted] agreed to open up an insurance claim with regard to the damage to Ms[redacted] 's carIn addition to this the attendant that was involved in this incident had an incident report placed in hispersonnel file, and was counseled by our Human Resources Director on proper behavior in dealing with ourcustomers and clients.Ms [redacted] seemed to be satisfied with this response.Please let me know if I can provide you with any additional information, or you have any other questions at this time.Best Regards,Douglas AH [redacted] Director Business DevelopmentCity Center ParkingSW 6th.Portland, Oregon 97204503-499-0715d [email protected]*Please view attached document

I am rejecting this response because: I did not have access to my account I called twice to the company to let them know I could not accesss on line account as they were well aware of this They are charging me after I cancelled my parking pass

[redacted] should have been able to access her account online, as it was set up so she could.  We were able to access her account online going in as a normal customer.  She should have called when she had a problem accessing her account.  The first contact we have noted was on 10/2 when...

she called and spoke with Robert in our call center, who followed the terms and conditions of her agreement by setting her cancellation for 10/31/2017.  A form was submitted for consideration of early termination, but it was denied as she had not returned her access card to the office.  Her access card was returned on 11/8/17.
