Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/05/15) */ This complaint is a puzzle to me, it is more about what City Coal and Asphalt did not do than what we actually did doThe main problem I think is a a total project from start to finish was quoted by me [redacted] to ***I never talked to [redacted] or met [redacted] during this processThe scope of the project as stated by [redacted] was not all that was quotedtwo cracks across the width of the driveway totaling feet long was to be crack filled for no charge and one small alligator crack area was to be sawed and removed and blacktopped for $We were also to widen an area and to seal the entire driveNo quote for any additional cracks was done, no quote for two other alligator cracked areas (what I suggested needed to be doen when I met with ***) was doneAfter the job was completed our workers talked with [redacted] at the job site no mention was made of our not completing the project correctlyImmediately after our workers left [redacted] called our office to complain about "no cracks being down on the drive" as it turned out we did the two cracks quoted for no charge and we did an additional ln ft of cracks also - all with no charged to the [redacted] when I went out later to inspect out work and meet with [redacted] his only complaint was about the tow alligator cracked areaI pointed out toI inspected this driveway and everything we chaged for and did not charge for was done in a professinal manner and correctlyWe cannot be held responsible for work that was not quotedI do apologize for not getting this project done in 2014, the weather(cold & Rain) late october and almost in of November left us with or so jobs carried out to We have done many of those now but some are still working on
